In "Bushy Brow's Pledge: Undying Love and Protection" , If Dosu threw the scroll to Zaku, how did Dosu get it back?
This is the only episode where the preview shows something that didn't happen in the next episode. (Akamaru having a conversation with Sakura and Naruto in a "bubble")
Naruto and Sasuke aren't under the tree Sakura had hid them in during the last few episodes anymore, and are laying out in the open in this episode.
When Dosu is picking up Sakura's booby trap he is on grass, but when the camera shifts, he is on soil.
When Sakura is saying that she has to protect Naruto and Sasuke, they show them both on the ground. If you look, Sasuke's headband is not on his head. When Sakura falls asleep and has the dream, Sasuke's headband is back on, and when she wakes up, it's not there anymore.
Goof: After Naruto punches Sasuke, there are cracks on Sasuke's forehead protector, yet the next time we see it, the cracks are gone.
Before Naruto made a speech about how Sasuke became a coward there seemed to be a crack on Sasuke's forehead protector, but after the speech it was gone.
Unlike the first time Naruto unleashes Kyubi's chakra in the dub, Naruto's voice does not become gruff and demonic-sounding in this episode.
Two episodes ago, Sasuke said Naruto wasn't left-handed. Naruto had the kunai in his left hand when he attacked Orochimaru, right before he summoned the snake.
Anime and Manga Differences:
In the manga, Sakura talks about the Shuriken question, followed by Sasuke wondering about the tenth question. In the anime, Sasuke talks about the problem and it skips to Sakura talking about Naruto. Also, in the manga the tree was 23.3 meters tall, and in the anime it is 7 meters tall.
In the manga, the proctor throws the Shuriken at the guy behind Naruto before he starts talking to Hinata. In the anime, he throws it at him during their conversation, leading Naruto to think that he was caught cheating.
In the manga, Ino waited until Sakura was done with her test to use the Mind Transfer Jutsu. In the anime, Ino assumed that Sakura was done without actually knowing. Also, in the manga, Shikamaru thought that Ino fell asleep when she used the jutsu, but in the anime he knew that she was using it.
After Naruto makes his comment about beating everyone, there is a side view of a ninja's headband from the Hidden Cloud Village, but Kabuto's map clearly shows no one from their is entering the exam.
When Kabuto showed Rock Lee's card, they spelled taijutsu wrong. In the card it says tajutsu.
According to Sasuke, it's common courtesy to state your name before giving your own. However, in a previous episode he asked Gaara's name before he stated his own.
When "Sasuke" asked Sakura to take a walk with him, his shirt was blue. When they are seen walking in the woods a few minutes later his shirt is black.
When Neji asked for Sasuke's name, he told him that it was common courtesy to give your own name first. But Sasuke didn't have a problem with that when he demanded that Gaara identify himself when Sasuke didn't introduce himself first.
When Sakura's depressed, after Naruto does his little fantasy dream, and Sasuke's thinking, "I hope I get to fight that guy..." Sakura stops walking and you see the three from behind. From behind, Naruto's little swirly thing on his sleeve is supposed to be on the left, but it's on the right arm.
The dub made Kakashi use the same excuse for being late as he did in the last episode. In the original, Kakashi said he got lost the first time, and the second time he said he got lost on the path of life. In the dub, he uses the path of life excuse both times.
The two thugs that tried to take Inari's mom away are in the crowd of thugs at first, then they disappear.
In previous episodes, Naruto referred to Zabuza as the "Freak with no eyebrows". But after Zabuza drops the kunai from his mouth where he was kneeling and looking at an image of Haku, he is seen with eyebrows.
In the previous episode, when Kakashi puts down Haku's dead body, the right side of Haku's body faces the bridge railing and his body is close to the side of the bridge. In this episode, the right side of Haku's body faces the complete end of the bridge (where Kakashi and Naruto are standing) and he is in the middle of the bridge.
