When the screen rotated after Kimimaro fired his fingertip bones to show Lee and Gaara facing Kimimaro, you can see Kimimaro has his arms pointed at Lee and Gaara. But, when they show a close up of him, his arms are stretched out to the side.
When Ukon and Sakon merge back together after Sakon got hurt. Ukon was facing Kankuro, while his back was facing Sakon but when they merged together again seconds later, Sakon entered from the front, while Ukon was still facing Kankuro, clearly seen with his hand and foot going in the front
The cut on Lee's cheek is missing during the end of the episode when Gaara saves him with his sand.
In the Japanese version, kanji is noted on the bottles to show Lee's mistake in taking the Sake instead of the medicine. However, in the English dub, the kanji is gone due to censoring, but we still get close-ups of where the kanji should be on the bottles.
In the original version, after Lee drank the sake, his cheeks turned a little red. In edited version of the English dub, this does not happen, but a close-up of Lee's cheek is still seen.
The Naruto clones throw a lot of Shuriken at Kimimaro, but he only makes 3 sword swipes to protect himself from all of them, and then we see 5 Shuriken cut in half.
Ukon's wound has mysteriously disappeared after he has ejected himself from Kiba's body, only to reappear when he describes the wound.

It was not explained how Sakura, a small girl barely in her teens could muster the necessary strength to break off the mast and swing it around as she did (without any handsigns or external assistance).
Soon after the part where the Moyo brothers exclaim, "Our clothes are gone!", Sasuke is shown with an upside-down forehead protector. The next time Sasuke is shown close-up, his forehead protector is back to normal.
If you look closely at the ninjas after Kakashi ties them up, you can see that the symbol on their headbands has disappeared.
