In the English dubbed version, Naruto's frog wallet was pink. In the Japanese version, Naruto's frog wallet was green.
When Naruto uses his sexy jutsu to draw Jiraiya's attention away from the ladies playing by the waterfall, he addresses him as Master Jiraiya; but at this point in the storyline, Naruto doesn't actually know that this is his true name. Jiraiya has only introduced himself as the Toad Mountain Sage, and Naruto subsequently addresses him as Pervy Sage. In a later episode, Naruto learns Pervy Sage is Jiraiya when he summons Gamabunta.
In the U.S. on Cartoon Network, on some of the shows on the bottom half of the tv, it says the new episode of Naruto comes on tonight and it also says, "Jiraiyah Returns!", meaning Jiraiya's name was spelled wrong.
When Naruto is eating ramen with Ebisu, watch the empty bowls. First there is one bowl, then a second one suddenly appears. Then, the third and fourth slowly appear out of the blue before our eyes. Then, right after Ebisu explains Naruto's problems with molding and controlling Chakra, we see six bowls in all.
In episode 10, when they're training with the tree climbing stuff, Kakashi states that Sakura has the best control of her Chakra. However, when Ebisu is chatting with Naruto at the ramen place, he states that Sakura can channel her Chakra the best, while Sasuke has the best control.
When we first see Lee's mouth when he's standing unconscious, there is a trickle of blood on the right corner of his mouth going down to his chin. When we see his whole face while he's unconscious, the blood is gone, yet no one has touched his face.

Gaara uses a Jutsu to smash Lee's left arm and leg, he calls it the Desert Coffin when actually it's the Desert Funeral since the Desert Coffin has to be done BEFORE the Desert Funeral can be used.
Kankuro mentions Gaara's eyes when Gaara reappears after Lee's Omote Renge against him. Problem is, with Gaara's back facing Kankuro, how can he see Gaara's eyes?
Watch Naruto's position while Hinata is being put on a stretcher. When the medics are just about to put her on the stretcher, Naruto is at her feet to her left. When the medics take her away, he is at her head to her right.
While all of the Jounin are holding Neji back, when you look up while Gai's talking ,you can see Kakashi's glove is gone while he's holding Neji's arm.
When Kakashi explains the chakra points, or "tenketsu", to Naruto in the Japanese version, he says that there are 361, but in the dub, he says there are 316.
Neji's postion keeps changing when he stands still. When we see Neji and Hinata from where Naruto, and the others are, on that balconey, we see Neji at least a half a foot to a foot from the edge of the tile. But when we switch to seeing it from behind Hinata, we see Neji on the edge. This can be determined because his shadow falls right below him, and he and his shadow appear right over the line.
After Kiba punches out Akamaru, Akamaru lands on his side. But before Naruto dispels the Henge to punch Kiba Akamaru is laying on his stomach.
Part way through the episode, when Naruto is struggling to stand back up, Kiba's back keeps switching between facing Sakura and Kakashi and facing the pairing board.
At one point, Gai and Neji are to the left of Sakura, Kakashi, and Rock Lee on the balcony, but soon after, they're gone.
When Hinata offers Naruto the ointment, during a close up of Hinata, the rail is behind her. Then, when Kurenai tells Naruto to take the ointment, the rail is to Hinata's left.
The cuts on Naruto's arm, that came from him blocking one of Kiba's attacks, seem to disappear when he gets up after being knocked down by Kiba.
Watch when Kiba bites his right hand and draws blood to calm down. After he reaches into his pouches for shuriken and puts his hands behind his back, the blood is gone.
Watch Hinata, Shino and Kurenai during the match between Naruto and Kiba. At first, in episode 44, they were to the left of Sakura on the balcony. Then, during episode 45, they were on Sakura's right. Then, after Naruto defeats Kiba, they're back to Sakura's left.
