Finally basketball is back on ABC! It's been too long since a big network covered the NBA and now it's back on Sundays with the NFL schedule winding down. This was a pretty dull way to kick off ABC's Christmas Day doubleheader though. The Magic barely had 30 points at halftime, which was nothing short of embarrassing, but at least they competed in the second half and got some semblance off offense going.
Still, on the biggest day of the regular season for the NBA, as the announcers put it, this was not the most exciting game to get people pumped up.moreless
