In a day where most of the sports community is concentrated on college hoops, NBA on TNT brought the goods tonight. Before the games even began Charles Barkley was hilarious in studio ripping Kenny Smith for not being there, as well as the city of Milwaukee.
Cleveland edged Portland in a close game. The Cavs are my pick to win it all, but I fear for not only their health, but the fact that they don't have a big, traditional big man who can post-up and defend the post-up. Z's good at what he does, but he can't cover Tim Duncan or Pau Gasol or Kevin Garnett.
The Warriors made a furious comeback against the Lakers, but were held off in another loss. The Lakers are on another level right now despite Coach Phil Jackson's criticism of them coasting through.moreless
