    • TRIVIA (2)

    • QUOTES (3)

      • Stanford Coach Mike Montgomery: I thought this game was pretty much what we expected it to be. At first Oklahoma was scoring almost every time. Once we got the feel of the game, once we started playing aggressively, I felt very comfortable with how things would turn out.

      • Stanford Guard Brevin Knight: I don't like to come out and press too much. I just want to go out and lead the team and get everybody involved and then find my groove. The second half, I just wanted to be more aggressive. I wanted to make them worry about me, and then drop it off. Once I get myself involved, everything seems to flow offensively.

      • (on Stanford guard Brevin Knight)
Oklahoma Coach Kelvin Sampson: Stanford is the kind of team which can advance because of Brevin - he's the best point guard in college basketball.
Stanford Forward Kris Weems: Brevin doesn't have to score, but he's got to lead us and that's what you saw.
