This was a great case as usual, and set up a terrific episode of NCIS: Los Angeles! The storyline was very good, and the case was investigated was certainly quite different, and followed up on a storyline from a few months back.

Furthermore, Hetty was seriously very secretive and acting funny in this episode, what with giiving Kensi a knife and her chats with everyone. It was certainly the start of something unusual.

I definitely thoroughly enjoyed the end fo the episode, when we discover the smallest member of our team in beautiful Prague, Czech Republic, and I was quite surprised at how this episode ended!

Keep up the great work guys, and I can not wait until next week's season finale!moreless

Last week's episode of NCIS: Los Angeles was pretty bad, and while this was a little higher on the action and a little lower on the screen time for Deeks, it still was not that great a show. They had some good fight scenes including a vicious bump (to borrow a wrestling term) on some steps, but not only was this episode a little dull, but the tease for next week's season finale was not great either. Having a huge storyline involve Heddy is never a good idea, and by the closing moments of tonight's broadcast I get the idea that is what next week's show will be.

Go back to the goofy relationship between G and Sam. Focus back on that, that is where the show excels.moreless

    • (Deeks walks into the storage area where Kensi was talking to Hetty) Deeks: Thought you were getting the gear? Kensi: (looking at the gift Hetty just gave her) I am. Deeks: Are you?...'Cause that looks a lot like a makeup brush. You puttin' on some radiation-proof foundation? Got a little lead-lined mascara in there? Kensi: No, it's just something Hetty's getting rid of. Deeks: Really? (takes the brush, looks at it) Kensi: Yeah, but you have to be careful-- (the blade snaps out, almost catching Deeks' chin) Deeks: Mm-hmm... (looks at Kensi) You two scare me. Kensi: Good.

    • (Looking for Hetty) Callen: (striding up to Sam's desk) I give up. I can't find her anywhere. Sam: (incredulously) You're kidding, right? She was just here! (Callen looks surprised) Seriously, what kind of tracker are you? Callen: (Protesting) Well, she's avoiding me...What was she talking about? Sam: Ships, anchors, death...To be honest, she's kind of creeping me out.

    • Sam: (totally frustrated) Seriously, I'm gonna crush the life out of you. I'm gonna gut you like a fish! (camera pans to plasma TV, which has a notice on it saying "Not Available" with snow behind it) Hetty: (pauses while walking by) Problem, Mr. Hanna? Sam: We need a new plasma! Hetty: (gesturing to the TV) What's wrong with this one? Sam: It's stupid! And it's pissing me off! Seriously, I'm gonna shoot it!

    • Star: So are you two like, together together? Deeks: Is it that obvious? Kensi: (horrified) No! We're just partners... Deeks: (interrupting) ...With privileges... Kensi: (interrupting back) Oh, definitely not! Deeks: (grinning now) Kinda... Kensi: No.

    • (Sam and Callen, arguing about Sam's planned vacation on a sailboat) Callen: So what about pirates? Sam: What? Callen: They're a real problem these days. Sam: ...I think we'll be okay. They usually don't come this far inland unless they're on vacation. Callen: I'm talking about your sailboat. Sam: It's not my sailboat, it's a charter. And no, I'm not worried about pirates. SEALs eat pirates for breakfast. Callen: What do they taste like? Chicken? Sam: (grins) Fish sticks.

    • Kensi: Yeah, feel free to dazzle me with your detective skills at any time. Deeks: chuckles You couldn't handle my skills. Kensi: grimaces Oh, I just threw up in my mouth a little bit. Deeks: ...That's classy.
