  • Sam goes undercover in a prison with already undercover Nate.

This was a great episode with Sam going in prison to track a terrorist group in Yemen I really didn't expect to see Nate in this episode who helped break the terrorist out of prison by attacking the one who made Sam and I never knew that Nate had it in him NCIS break the terrorist out of prison with a good plan but it costs two lives and one of them Sam deeply feels responsible for because he also went into prison to protect him not for him to be killed but the good news is that Sam was able to track the man he wanted.moreless

Strong episode of NCIS: Los Angeles here. Undercover operations are always fun, and while I am getting sick of this kid that Sam Hannah always has to protect (seriously, when is this kid going to get a clue and to stay out of trouble?) that did not stop my appreciation for the storyline at hand here. Prison episodes are another thing you can add to the always fun list. There was a good storyline from start to finish, a lot of action here, definitely a fast-moving installment too.

Another strong season 2 episode of NCIS: Los Angeles. Keep up the good work.moreless
  • Quiet simply, the best one they have ever don! This was a sublime episode!

After last week's disaappointment of an episode, I was really anxious and hoping things would improve this week. Well, they certainly did, that's for sure! This woul d perhaps be my favorite NCIS: Los Angeles episode evrr, alongside a few others.

This episode saw Callen leave temporarily, and we got a look at Nate, who makes a temprary return. The plot and stroyline were written beautifully, and the action, suspense and excitement was present right throughout the episode!

I won't spoil what happens, but the episode brought us both closer to the edge of our seats, and to the verge of tears, as an imporatant character is killed.

Kudos to the writers, who caem up with a terrific episode tonight! I am really impressed, and I'm sure that when this episode is continued, as they hunt down Abdul Kabaza and the Warriors of Islam, it will be very exciting!

Terrific job, and I can't explain just how amazing this one was! Keep it up, NCIS: LA!moreless
  • Did Hetty really just saythat? oO (SPOILER WARNING!)

    6.0
I enjoyed this episode. It had an exciting plot, it focused on Sam and we got to see him kick some butt. Even when they killed Moe in the end, I still thought: "It's sad, but it was predictable. And now they even got Nate back."

And just at that moment Hetty showed up. Usually with her wise-a** comments she knows just what to say to her team to keep them going. But here she told Sam: "This is the way it has to be."

Really? Seriously? In order to break a terrorist out of prison and help him escape from the US they had to sacrifice his friend, his protégé? And that's the way it HAS to be. (not "had"??)

Sam, you'd better not try to make any friends in the future, 'cause, you know, NCIS might just throw them out as cannon fodder to track/catch a terrorist they just broke out of prison themselves to stop him from blowing things up. Ehmm... wait... they did what? Wouldn't it have been safer for everyone if he had just stayed locked up?

Well, anyway... also definitely not enough Callen-screentime this episode, probably because the next one will focus on him.moreless

    • Nate: It's Sam. Because he's always looked out for everyone. He sees himself as the protector. He would die for one of us without giving the slightest thought for himself.
Hetty: This is about Moe, isn't it?
Nate: Sam sees Moe as part of his family. Hetty, he's too close.
Hetty: I send my agents into harm's way every day, Nate. Sometimes getting too close is what they need to do. Agents becomes friends. And friends become family.
Nate: And they can protect each other. Moe can't. Sam is on his own in there.
      Hetty: No. He has you.
