Another terrific case on NCIS: LA today that involved Deeks going undercover and bringing the Max Gentry alias back from out of the closet. There were some hilarious Kensi/Deeks scenes, most notably with Kensi talking in his ear while he was trying to talk to the woman he was working with.

There were soem other really funny moments too. Loved the 'not the brightest Barbie in the toybox ' remark from Kensi!

Can't wait for the season finale! Looks like the Sidorov storyline will contineu!moreless

A little bit of a weird Deeks-centric episode, but the Kensi and Deeks moments delivered the laughs like they usually do, and it was an interesting storyline.

    Strong, but not anything special.
  • A clever title goes here!

Lol to the poster who says that this show is 'too much about Kensi and Deeks' - you're way off!! While they are main characters, it's fairly obvious the show focuses more on Sam and especially Callan. Every couple of eps we get a Deeks/Kensi centric one to try to even out the balance.

That being said, this episode was pretty good!
  • not buying the Kensi Deeks thing

The episode tried to force feed the typical partner sexual attraction tension that all procedural shows of this nature seem forever challenged creatively to ever change no matter how many times it has been done!!! They have no realistic chemistry as a romantic couple! I actually turn the channel whenever they are in a non-comedic type situation because I lose interest in the show when they try to force feed the partner romantic relationship thing on the audience. Here's an original idea, how about we have a man and woman partner team that are actually just partners, you know, just to shake things up a bit!! How original would that be, no other procedural would ever dare be that original or different.moreless

Was interesting. and I know many viewers think Kensi & Deeks should get together - But I honestly can't see them together... Cut on the show but together other than partners - No

The big problem with this show - too much about Kensi & Deeks - Not nearly enough about the crime & success of NCIS-LA

  • TRIVIA (1)

    • Goof: When Deeks and Monica arrive at the safe house, we hear him put the safety chain on the door, and we see that it's on as he walks away from the door. Later, the scene where Monica is blowdrying her hair and there's a knock on the door, the safety chain on the door is off when we first flash to the door, but when Deeks goes to open it seconds later, we see him take the chain off.

  • QUOTES (1)

    • Callen: If I'm gonna pay someone to hurt me, it better be a dominatrix.
      Kensi: Oh, do tell.
Callen: That was a joke. That was a joke.
Sam: I have noticed some unexplained bruising in the past.
      Callen: Thank you.
Sam: Yo, man, I don't judge.
      Callen: Thank you.
Sam: Whatever you want to do on your spare time is your business, as long as you don't ask me to spank you, we're all good.
      Callen: Great.
