A decent episode of NCIS: Los Angeles tonight that was both easy to follow and not too mind-numbingly dumb.

My problem with this show, other than Eric Christian Olsen, is the search for its identity. Is it just going to be NCIS: Lite, or is it going to be something different completely? The way the comedy was snuck in, the way the final attack went down, there is just no distinction between thiss how and what it was spun-off from. If I had to like or dislike this episode I'd like it, but NCIS: LA needs to be better than this.moreless

Clearly the worst episode of the season thus far.

This episode lacked quite a bit, although it did still have its strengths. The interactions between Marty Deeks (who I'm not sure I'm a big fan of just yet) and Kensi Blye (who is totally awesoem!!!0) continue to be brilliant, and they shwo great potential to be a great hit!

This episode didn't have nearly as much action as its two predecessors, particularly the last one, which was a disappointment, although the case had its strengths and was enjoyable at several fronts. Too bad the bad guy was an Arsenal supporter. That's saddening, as I support them too!

Overall, not one of the best episodes that NCIS: LA has produced, but I continue to love this show, because it does have a lot of potential and it has proved how great it is, in the past, with episodes like 'LD50', 'The Bank Job', 'Hand-To-Hand', 'Fame', 'Found' and more recently, 'Black Widow'.

Can't wait for more great episodes, although I wouldn't recommend this oen too highly.moreless
