  • A break in at Callen's home leads him to an old friend.

    7.5
NCIS LA does it again with another solid episode that starts with a break in at Callen's home but like the team said no one would steal anything from Callen's home so it leads Callen to an old friend Things heat up from there with some good scenes when Kensi went undercover as a palm reader but she didn't realise she was in the middle of a small war that Callen later walks into Each different storyline in the season is building up so hopefully the episodes will keep getting better.moreless
  • Lights camera and Arkady! We got a brilliant NCIS: Los Angeles episode, and this show is really building thinsg up very nicely!

Once again, this was a brilliant episode of NCIS: Los Angeles! The beginning scenes were well created, adn I enjoyed the break into Callen's house. It set the suspense high from the start.

The case that was investigated by the team was quite good. I particularly enjoyed Kenisi's undercover role as a psychic gypsy - she continues to be my favorite character!

Another aspect I really enjoyed is that we finally found out the identity of the mysterious photographer! It has been building up for a long time, and this episode asnwered a few questions!

I think this season is getting more and more brilliant by the minute! I don't believe that 'Tin Soldiers' was quite as good as its predecessor, 'Lockup' - which is my favorite of the whole show so far - but this was still a phenomenal episode, and the platform has been set very high, and I am expecting a phenomenal ending to this sweason, in the next 10 episodes or so!

Phenomenal effort! Great episode! I'd highly recommend it!moreless

NCIS: Los Angeles is a show that despite some critics not really catching on and appreciating it, is becoming one of my favorite dramas on TV. Tonight was yet another action-packed episode, with the high-quality banter you come to expect from a series with the initials NCIS in the title.

If there is one problem the show has faced it is its inability to really have a meaningful long-running arc. They continued with G's desire to work alone here tonight, but it is just not something that can really help this series in the long run. These "lone wolf" episodes rarely do it for me, and this one was no exception.

So, while there were good parts to tonight's show, as a whole it was average at best for me.moreless

    • Kensi: Okay, Hetty, glad you showed up. It's very difficult to take anything that guy says seriously.
Deeks: Says the most serious person I've ever met in my entire life.
Kensi: Okay, Deeks is a nice guy.
Deeks: And Kensi is a nice girl, all right? It's not her.
      Kensi: It's not him.
      Deeks: It's-it's us.
Hetty: Well, I don't believe it's a problem. I'm hearing two people who are beginning to sound like partners.

    • Callen: Suppose I owe you one, too, huh?
Sam: One? More like 20. And that's just today. You're just lucky I don't keep count.
Callen: I'm just lucky you can't count.

    • Deeks: I mean, seriously, you guys have to let me ride with you on this.
Sam: It's a two-man op. Supposed to be. Besides, you don't look like a cop.
Deeks: Okay, that's on purpose. All this is so I can work undercover.
Sam: As what? Shaggy from Scooby-Doo?
Kensi: (laughs) Oh, my God. You do look like Shaggy.
