GOOF: At the beginning where Tony is pretending to drop the cup full of confetti, when the camera is on Tony "bobbling" the cup, we see McGee move after Tony. In the next shot McGee is back hunched over the computer and then starts to move towards Tony again (Best seen in a frame by frame shot).
GOOF: Vance puts $2.42 cents into his hand with the coins spread laying next to each other with the pennies on top. In the next frame during the hand exchange the coins are overlapping in a "Column" formation.
TRIVIA: Leon Vance arrives from San Diego to relieve Director Shepard by the order of the Secretary of the Navy, and becomes acting director.
TRIVIA: Assistant Director Vance had met Gibbs 9 years earlier.
TRIVIA: Abby deals a single Tarot card before leaving the room. Tony turns it over and it is "The Hanged Man" card. We later find out Tony is the prime suspect in The Frog's murder.
TRIVIA: Ducky tells Ziva that he only lets Gibbs call him "Duck"; however, in Season 3 episode "Hiatus (1)", Tony had called him Duck.
GOOF: When McGee and Gibbs find the "link" on the old computer, McGee explains that the line of code indicates an eyewitness statement. But in reality, the line of code shown on screen is just a link declaration used in html to include stylesheets for styling a website.
Abby: There's a problem with your theory of the crime. Like, a big hole. I could drive a truck through it. Well, I may not be able to drive a truck through it, 'cause I was never that great with a double clutch, but a truck driver could just... (makes gesture with hands to show something passing though something else, nods deeply)
Fornell: Care to share?
Abby: We are about to summon the elusive elements of the cosmos. Concentrate.
Tony: I'm with ya. Call the spirits. Tell 'em to bring pizza.
(After Jeanne walks by Tony and Ziva)
Ziva: Be a man, Tony.
Tony: She accused me of murder!
Ziva: Who is the bad guy? Be a man. Go tell what she needs to hear.
(referring to Gibbs)
Abby: The man is magic; like dark magic. He has eyes and ears everywhere. He appears like a... (whispers) mist. Whenever I get a clue, he just materializes.
Fornell: Maybe he bugged your lab.
Abby: No. (With a smiling grin) I checked!
Gibbs: Are you the one responsible for this fishing expedition? (referring to the investigation)
Vance: Bureau doing the fishing. I'm just driving the boat.
Gibbs: Keep it off the rocks.
McGee: Well I need to go to a public site. They quarantined all my...
Gibbs: Here, use mine. (hands McGee a very old laptop)
McGee: This doesn't have a wireless signal though. (Gibbs hands him a screwdriver) I'll figure it out.
Gibbs: Fairytale ending?
Jenny: The Frog is dead; and the Jesters have been kicked out of the kingdom.
Gibbs: The Queen is back on her throne.
Jenny: You're expecting some sort of knighthood, I'm sorry to say I've misplaced my sword.
Gibbs: Maybe it's with your gun.
Jenny: Maybe it is.
Tony: I'm sorry you got caught in the middle of all this.
Jeanne: Was any of it real, Tony?
Tony: (pauses) No.
Jeanne: I wish I'd never met you.
Tony: Yeah, she was in love with me. We were in love... what else do you want to know?
Fornell: How was it supposed to end?
Fornell: Come on Tony... you're a better liar than that!
Fornell: You developed feelings for her! That wasn't very professional... how'd it happen?
Tony: (smiles) Gradually.
Fornell: How did you get so close to La Grenouille's daughter?
Tony: I see where you're going with this. You like to know a few pick-up trick, huh? I wish I could tell ya, but kind of a family secret and I took an oath. Sorry.
Abby: Oh! Tarot cards! Wanna see what happens next?
Tony: I am dying with anticipation!
Ducky: Reminds me of- (Gibbs stares at him) ... a part of my life that I will share with you later!
Gibbs: Duck, your friend, in the Maryland ME's office?
Ducky: Doctor Hamton?
Gibbs: Need that autopsy report.
Ducky: I'll have to be charming...
Gibbs: Don't strain yourself.
Tony: Gibbs gave you a mission, everybody's counting on you. Just do what you do best!
Ducky: I would like to see the body-
Ducky: Four eyes are better than two.
Fornell: Gibbs doesn't get curious, he gets suspicious.
Abby: This is ridiculous! We're prisoners in our own evidence lock-up!
Ziva: We're not prisoners-
Tony: We're evidence! So we're locked up.
McGee: Yeah, how do you get the boat out? (of Gibbs' basement)
Gibbs: Just break the bottle.
McGee: Backing up three years of case files, the bulk of our lives is in these cables right now flying back and forth in zeros and ones.
Tony: You do understand that I'm the ones and you're the zeros?
Gibbs: (instructing Ziva to take care of a couple of FBI agents in a car) Their tires, not their throats.
Fornell: You killed La Grenouille!
Tony: I did what?
Tony: This is more like a therapy session than an interrogation. Why are you so interested in my feelings?
Fornell: Because you had them.
Ziva: I would hate to be misunderstood.
Fornell: Does that happen often?
Ziva: Once in a blue lagoon.
Abby: You are being very guarded about whether or not we're being guarded.

Vance pays Gibbs $2.42 and says "it's for the danish." You can see in episode 8x09, when Vance ruins the danish and says, "I'll pay you back," what they were talking about.
McGee: Brings back memories of playing Zork.
Zork is a 1980 text based video game by Infocom. It is the first of a three part series, as well as other spin-offs.
Gibbs: Any questions?
McGee: Yeah, how you get the boat out?
Gibbs: Just break the bottle.
This is a reference to the art of miniature ships inside glass bottles.
Ziva (To Fornell): Once in a Blue Lagoon.
She meant to say "Once in a Blue Moon." Blue Lagoon, however, is a famous coming of age movie from 1980 which tells the story of two children who grow up together on a desert island and fall in love upon reaching puberty.
Tony mentions George "Meadowlark" Lemon and Fred "Curly" Neal, both members of the Harlem Globetrotters, the touring basketball team that entertains people all over the world with their combination of athleticism and comedy.
