  • Tony's obsession made no sense...

    2.0
Bogus episode, that puts Tony in the spotlight. Making him 'obsessed' with a missing woman.

Didn't sit right that he would become obsessed over someone he had never met in this way, especially so quickly!

The whole episode just baffled me, and didn't sit well, made no sense and was just odd for the characters all around.

The writer of this ep needs to realise what the characters really are about.
  • Why, always lately that lawyer.

    4.0
The episode on it selves it good.

Of course it is again the same, Di Nozo does not know the difference between private life and prof. live, but we get used to it. In every other country such people would get fired and would never get any job anymore. They even would get a court case at there pants, but not in the USA (of course). There seems such things be normal. The main minus point is that that lawyer is now there already again. To bad, because she (her role) destroys a lot of the pleasure I have in watching NCIS.moreless
  • Poorly written! The obsession angle was pointless adn added nothing.

No point at all for Tony's obsession, and no reason given for it. Also hated the one-night flaunt - what was the point of that?! To show Tony is a hound dog? That has always been more hinted at, even to the point of making the audience wonder if he is much more talk than action. Ugh - nasty confirmation, IMHO.

The whole KGB-related plot could have been well done w/out the Tony-obsessed angle. That part was actually interesting. P.S. Still hate Ms. Hart; she is sooooo wrong for Gibbs and her character does not add to the storyline at all.moreless
  • agree...

Auntiehish pretty much sums up what I was going to type.

Just want to add a little more. For the several seasons that Tony had been on and been women crazy...it's been cute. Now it's just beyond boring and childish. I taped the show and found myself for the frist time fast forwarding through the Tony scenes. Sigh...so sad the writers are still doing the same old garbage with him.

It never fit either that Gibbs would be attracted to Hart, knowing what she's really like. Hope she's killed off soon, not sent to prison because then she could always come back. Gibbs and Hart no chemistry, writers.....they don't fit.

Still love the show. Looking forward to seeing what happens next week with Gabby!! :) :)moreless
  • well, it was ok.

    9.0
hmm, what to say?? it was good, it had its ups, but for me it wasn't convincing enough (u know, th tony side of things). how could he feel that much emotion for someone that he saw on TV. it's not like we watch the news and fall in love with the news reader?? it was reli weird for me, but still also sad. they should have shown her dying, it would have been a good touch. like i said, i couldn't really understand the feelings that tony had for her, and why he was so obsessed with finding her. there was reli no reason. still, it was good to watch :Dmoreless

Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

FILTER BY TYPE

  • TRIVIA (4)

    • GOOF: Ducky refers to the Russian dissident assassinated in London as Gregor Markov. His actual name was Gyorgy Markov.

    • GOOF: In director Vance's office a scene starts with a shot of the wall with world clocks, to be precise, 09:07 in Moscow, 13:07 in Hong Kong, and 14:07 in Tokyo. Unfortunately this is not a possible thing, because when it is 9 o'clock in Moscow, it is 2 o'clock in Hong Kong, and 3 o'clock in Tokyo.

    • Gibbs' rule #10: Never get personally involved on a case.

    • GOOF: The false papers the team finds on their suspect says he was born in Hamilton. The death certificate states that he died in Barrewood Hospital which does not exist and there is no Bella St. in Hamilton.

  • QUOTES (4)

    • Tony: Give me the number or I'll have Gibbs slap you.

    • Ms. Hart: (walking into Gibbs' basement in the middle of the night) I thought you were going to start locking your front door.
Gibbs: Well, if I did that, I'd have no social life.

    • Tony: I broke rule #10 again. Never get personally involved on a case.
Gibbs: Yeah. That's the rule I've always had the most trouble with.

    • Ziva: So, what exactly are you looking for in Miss Right?
Tony: (laughs) Well, aside from the obvious physical requirements. I don't know. I guess she'd be a very independent woman, intelligent, successful, professional.
Ziva: Okay, just one question. What would this woman possibly see in you?
