GOOF: When Tony, Ziva and McGee are talking about the dead reporter, Tony says "So instead of looking for photos of Kate Middleton with her top off, he's trying to catch the Pentagon with their pants down?". While he's saying this, Ziva is looking directly at the monitor. Yet, in the very next shot, when McGee starts speaking, Ziva is looking at Tony and moving her face back to look straight ahead.
In this episode, Tony asks McGee who says "buttock", yet in episode 3x05 Switch Tony tells McGee to "kiss my experienced buttocks".
GOOF: Ziva says Eli likes Tony because he calls him Agent Meatball, but it was actually Michael Rivkin that called Tony by that nickname.
GOOF: Eli David's eyes close between cut-scenes of Ziva hugging him. Also, you can see Eli's chest moving indicating he is breathing, although he has been shot in the heart area.
Austin: It was so awesome! When the cops got here they sent in these divers who found the body. His jacket was filled with rocks. That's, that's total body dump. Right?
Tony: You watched all this?
Austin: So what? I'm 13.
Tony: I'm so sorry.
Randy: Thank you.
Eli: You have disagreed with many of my past decisions as a father, and I have always hoped to make up for it when I am free from this responsibility. But judging from the way you are looking at me, perhaps my sins are too great.
Ziva: I think you're confusing retiring with repenting. Only the latter makes any difference to me.
Eli: Then let this visit be a first step to my redemption.
Ziva: Where is your protection? They've usually given themselves away by now.
Eli: That is why they do not know I am in the country. No one knows.
Ziva: You're the director of Mossad, Abba. That is impossible.
Eli: Ziva, nothing is impossible, only difficult.
Ziva: Which makes this officially the stupidest thing you've ever done, which is saying something. Don't you remember the last time you were here?
Eli: Yes, you said sometimes life surprises you. Surprise!
McGee: (about the victim) His investigative reports have been published all over the world.
Ziva: So he's a journalist.
McGee: He's more like a government paparazzi.
Tony: So instead of looking for photos of Kate Middleton with her top off, he's trying to catch the Pentagon with their pants down?
Ziva: Well, I make time outside of work, it's a good habit I picked up from my time in Mossad. Never sweat where you eat.
McGee: Wrong bodily function.
Gibbs: Yeah, but it's the right idea.
Brian Dietzen is credited but doesn't appear.
