GOOF: At the end of the episode when Director Sheppard is visiting her father's accomplice in the hospital the Marlboro package in her hand changes color from red to green to red.
Kelly: (to Ziva) Enough with the eyes; you remind me of my mother.
Ziva: You're comparing me to your mother?
Kelly: Just the eyes, maybe a little around the mouth.
Ziva: Permission to shoot?!
Kelly: (to Ziva) Thelma looks like you when she's pissed, only she doesn't have a gun, thank God.
Abby: Gibbs, Gibbs, Gibbs! Unless this foam grew legs, something weird is going on...not that polyurethane foam growing legs isn't weird enough.
Kelly: (his phone rings) It's my wife. I'm going to answer this because she scares me more than you guys do.
McGee: (referring to Gibbs) He's been a little off his game since taking over as director.
Gibbs: (on the intercom) Is that so, McGee?
Kelly: You know how women are. They don't trust you farther than they can kick you.
Gibbs: Wouldn't know. Never married.
Kelly: How'd you get away?
Gibbs: After a while, most women just don't like me.
Abby: (referring to her cabbie boyfriend) It was his first time, too.
Gibbs: First time for what?
Abby: Seeing a curling match, Gibbs.
Ziva: My first time was on a weapons carrier.
McGee and Abby: Of course it was.
McGee: Wonder what Gibbs did wrong?
Tony: Slipped into Jenny's heels.
McGee: You said you were never in the Boy Scouts.
Tony: I was an Alpha Chi Delta Wet T-shirt Talent Scout. Does that count?
Ducky: Hey, I win the pool!
Tony: Wait a minute. How do you figure that?
Ducky: I predicted that Gibbs would last four days as Director before reverting to working a case. This is Thursday...four days!
Tony: He's not working a case, he's just...curious.
Gibbs: Did you call back to apologize?
Tony: Uuuuhhh...I don't know what you heard, Boss, but I was not the one who started that pool.
Gibbs: What pool is that, DiNozzo?
Tony: On the case.
Gibbs: What case?
Tony: There's a dead body in a taxi at the main gate case.
Gibbs: I always suspect murder when a healthy young man dies with no apparent cause.
Ziva: May have been a natural death Gibbs, no I know he was healthy and young but it does happen, sads...
McGee: No, sad. There's no .. no "s".
Ziva: No, it is SADS, Sudden Arrhythmia Death Syndrome. It can leave the heart looking perfectly normal.
(Jenny's calling from Paris)
Jenny: Put Cynthia on.
Gibbs: Hey, how is the frog? .... legs. You always enjoyed them sauteed in butter.
Jenny: Cynthia. NOW!
Jenny: Is there any serious business I should know about?
Gibbs: Well, the American toilet paper doesn't fit the metric fixture and we...
(phone line disconnects)
Gibbs: She hung up on me.
Gibbs: I had a wife like you once, Cynthia. I divorced her.
Cynthia: Beat her to it, did you?
Trent Kort: Friend in the DRU informs me that NCIS Naples is quietly trying to locate a former Colonel-General Dimitri Borov.
La Grenouille: (mutters in French)... She is relentless.
Trent Kort: Does that surprise you? She is the first female Director of an armed federal agency.
La Grenouille: Have they located... Colonel-General Dimitri Borov?
Trent Kort: Not yet.
La Grenouille: Perhaps we should.
Jen: Is the agency intact?
Gibbs: I cut it up into small bitsy pieces and sold it to the three letter boys.
Jen: I take it walking in my heels has presented a challenge.
Ducky: (about Tony) It's about time that boy fell in love!
Joey: What are you gonna do, lock me in here?
Ziva: No, but there going to be an escort out the door.
Joey: Is that another way of saying guard?
(Ziva smiles and leaves.)
Ziva: No buzzers.
Cynthia: The case files?
Jethro: Leave 'em on my desk.
Cynthia: They are on your desk!
Jenny: Hello, Cynthia. (Silence) Cynthia?
Jenny: Ah, Jethro, I should have recognized the heavy breathing.

Tony: I love playing House with you.
House is a popular FOX's medical show. However, he could also have been referring to a childhood game where two kids pretend to be husband and wife. It is called "playing house."
When Tony is talking to Robert Smith on the phone, Smith takes a first and last name of two people Tony mentions, putting them together as "Adam West." Robert Smith goes on to say that Burt Ward is a close friend of his. Adam West and Burt Ward starred as Batman and Robin in the 1960's television series on ABC.
Mentioned in this episode, Pulp Fiction is 1994 movie about four related stories, not in chronological order, starring John Travolta, Samuel L. Jackson and many more.
