On the boat, Ned drunkenly sings Long John Silver's sea shanty from Robert Louis Stevenson's classic novel Treasure Island. Only instead of singing "Fifteen men on a dead man's chest," he says "sixteen" instead. Maybe he was just too drunk to remember.
When Alex Trebek is speaking at Ned's party, he's seated in a chair to the viewer's left of the couch. Then when Ned has the DJ crank up the music, he suddenly appears in the chair on the right side where Stacey was sitting.
Stacey enters the apartment singing her mangled version of "Love Is All Around" and throwing her hat in the air a la the opening of The Mary Tyler Moore Show, but the hat is never seen coming back down.
When Eric and Ned are first shooting pool in his new "game room," neither of them shoots at the cue ball after the break, and Ned takes two shots in a row.

Ned's 'girlfriend' counter: #9 Megan Foster (the one Ned sleeps with continually to try and get Stacey a job)
While giving Ned her pep talk, Debra Messing (Stacey) transposes a couple of words in a line. She says, "Who shot from mailroom clerk to copywriter in four months by breaking into the personnel files and writing effusive notes on his own very employee review sheets?" instead of "very own employee review sheets." Obviously, the take was good enough to use even with the slight error.
On the phone, Stacey gives the address of the apartment she shares with Ned: 911 5th Avenue.
According to this episode Eric and Amanda have a cat, or maybe had a cat as apparently Ned didn't feed it when Eric and Amanda went to the Poconos the previous year. This is also how Ned got a key to the Moyer's apartment as Eric gave him a copy so he could feed the cat while they where away.
