  • Not yet deserving as a True Devotee, but must leave a note to say

what led me to this site was this Ned's Declassified comedy about a boy surviving school, because it brought to mind a real-life character soon to face the self-same dillemmas, albeit in The Style, inimitable (in its combination of and unchanging tradition), of the UK. It is sure to be made clear to yours truly sooner or later, likely as not during an inept but committed effort to engage said yoof in a Conversation with someone in his Extended Family Old Enough to Be a Historical Personage, that he has long since got ahead of the curve, as it were, of transatlantic tides of TV, and other output, but good try (for me, compared with sum of all previous attempts worth noting), and pleasing to note the basic trajectory followed (in a verbally-imperative/transirive sense) a younger Evolutionary Hope for Humankind through the consciousness of a nearly-unmentionable uncle..

Also must note that I have this same nightntaken a passing interest in the early career of Mr Jim J. Buckley, who I think I am right to report as having appeared in the beam of my spotlights at an earlier stage of research this same night. Please don'tnfind it too pompous of me to congratulatesaidnComedian/Thespian on blazing an193-episode stretch for an 'unplanned' character - an example, surely, of carpe diem (an all-too-brief citation, in a most inadequate way, for all Poets Society fans and the Memory of All Actors who Succeeded in Silencing Life's Duller Narrators, Commentators and Spokespeople for long enough to Make the Moment an Undeniiable Reality. In some ways, we are given to understand by the absurd side of such moments that life can get no Bring Out the TV set, dust off the car for a weekly movie(?) or live theatre piece. Thank you for enlivening even my deniable sense of lively humour. I will press on, sorry to have left so lengthy a comment, without a backward glance. Just wanted to say thank you for all the fun, but got a bit equivocal in respect of a concise expression. Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide - great it wasn't there, happily? many thanks.moreless
