        The opening theme for this episode is "1000% SPARKING" and was sung by Mamiko Noto (Nodoka Miyazaki), Natsuko Kuwatani (Yue Ayase) and Sawa Ishige (Haruna Saotome).

        This opening utilizes the first verse of the complete "1000% SPARKING" song.

        The coloring in the opening animation has reverted back to the distorted colors from the 2 episodes ago.

        This animation ends with Motsu wearing a black jacket and having yellow hair and holding up a sign of a clenched gloved fist when he reaches the Negima circle.
