    Chako has faith, desire and a fairy in her corner to help make this happen. Delmo, the fairy, has the ability to give Chako's costumes an extra "boost" when necessary. Chako also receives help from Ikeburo, a seamstress owl who can also iron.

    Once Jenny, a foreign exchange student, arrives into the mix Chako has enough members to compete and the troupe join in the battles.
