Created by writer/producers Chuck Lorre (of Two and a Half Men) and Bill Prady (of Gilmore Girls) comes The Big Bang Theory, a sitcom that shows what happens when hyperintelligent roommates/physicists Sheldon and Leonard meet Penny, a beautiful woman moving in next door--and realize they know next to nothing about life outside of the lab. Rounding out the crew are the smarmy Wolowitz, who thinks he's as sexy as he is brainy, and Koothrappali, who suffers from an inability to speak in the presence of a woman. The show distinguishes itself by being unafraid to toss scientific references and technobabble into an otherwise standard sitcom, even employing a physicist to keep things accurate. In doing so, it allows Sheldon and Leonard to do for science what Frasier's Crane brothers did for fine dining, art, and opera. Theme Song: "The History of Everything" by Barenaked Ladiesmoreless

Ferguson was selected from a number of guest hosts after previous host Craig Kilborn stepped down in August 2004. Many people might recognize Craig as "Nigel Wick", Drew Carey's boss from The Drew Carey Show. The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson follows the traditional "late night talk show formula", which includes the host coming out from backstage and talking to the audience for a few minutes, then sits down at his desk, interviews a couple guests, and brings on an occasional stand-up comedian or musical talent to perform. The Late Late Show airs Monday-Friday at 12:35 am on CBS, following The Late Show with David Letterman. The Duke Family -- cousins Bo ( John Schneider) and Luke (Tom Wopat), assisted by their cousin Daisy ( Catherine Bach) and their uncle, Jesse (Denver Pyle)-- fight the system and root out the corrupt practices of Hazzard County Commissioner Boss Hogg (Sorrell Booke) and his bumbling brother-in-law-Sheriff Rosco P. Coltrane (James Best). The show became an instant hit, never failing to win its time slot during its original run on CBS for seven seasons from 1979-1985. The Duke boys, a pair of 'Robin Hood' types complete with bows and Dynamite arrows, are assisted in their adventures by their car, an orange 1969 Dodge Charger named 'The General Lee'. The Dukes of Hazzard is set in Georgia, and the show's southern influence is felt throughout. Country singing superstar Waylon Jennings performed the famous theme song to the show (Good Ol' Boys), and acts as The Balladeer, narrating the adventures of each episode. Furthermore, many of the plots revolved around the Dukes' history as an ex-moon-shining family. The story followed Bo and Luke until season five, because during episodes 87 through 104, their cousins Coy (Byron Cherry)and Vance (Christopher Mayer) replaced the boys while the went on to join NASCAR Circuit. Bo and Luke won, but returned to Hazzard after great season at the NASCAR Circuit. Innocently naive Deputy Enos Strate, though technically a member of the law under Boss Hogg, strives for justice and fairness, while also having a major crush on Daisy. Ace mechanic Cooter Davenport helps the Dukes along the way, and Deputy Cletus Hogg, though not as honest as Enos, subtlety assists the Dukes escape from 'Hogg justice'. The series had an extremely successful run in syndication beginning in 1996 on TNN, the Nashville Network. This led to a resurgence in the popularity of the "Dukes". Two reunion movies, featuring the surviving members of the cast, aired in 1997 and 2000. The show currently airs on CMT (Country Music Television) and in the summer of 2005 experienced another huge revival with the film version, starring Seann William Scott, Johnny Knoxville, Willie Nelson and Jessica Simpson. A Prequel was Made in 2007 and shown in 2 weeks on ABC Family in 2008 during the summer.moreless

The Jewish girl from Queens got a job as the nanny for Maxwell Sheffield's (a Broadway producer) three kids: Maggie, Brighton and Gracie. But the Sheffields got more than just a nanny: they got Sylvia, Fran's compulsive eater, nosy mother; Val, Fran's best friend with a low I.Q.; and Yetta, Fran's grandmother. She gave joy to the house that had been blue ever since Mrs. Sheffield passed away, and quickly became friends with Niles, the butler, who is always aware of everything that is going on in the house. The attraction between Fran and Mr. Sheffield became evident as the years went by, for C.C.'s (Maxwell's business partner, who always had a crush on him) torture. Many people consider The Nanny as being the 90's version of "I Love Lucy". The show premiered in November, 1993 as a late addition to CBS's Wednesday fall lineup. The show quickly became a hit, moving to Monday nights on its second season and remaining there until its third. Then CBS moved it back to Wednesday nights, trying to improve the ratings for that night - a move that made CBS hold the time slot for the first time in 25 years, since Sonny & Cher! But ratings started to fall, and during the 5th season the producers decided to end its run, giving it one last season. The 6th season ran until March, when the show went into a hiatus. The series finale was shown before the remaining episodes, which were shown later during June. During its 6-year run, The Nanny was nominated for 11 Emmys, winning only one in 1995 for best costume designs. Fran Drescher was nominated twice for best actress: in 1996 and 1997. Renée Taylor also got a nomination as best supporting actress in 1996. A Fran Drescher doll was released during the show's run, featuring some of the outfits that were one of the show's trademarks. In this CBS comedy created by David Crane and Jeffrey Klarik, the writers of such hits as "Friends" and "Mad About You," a group of twenty-somethings who were third-grade classmates are reunited at a surprise party 20 years later. What will happen when they find out what each other's lives are like now? The cast includes Jason Ritter as Ethan Haas, a man who planned the reunion of his fellow classmates, and who is crazy about his fiancée, but his life will turn around when his fiancée leaves him. Heather Goldenhersh plays Lina Warbler, a woman who truly believes in love, although she doesn't have that much luck in it; Lizzy Caplan is Kat Warbler, Lina's twin-sister, a cynical and sarcastical person; Jon Bernthal is Duncan Carmello, a man who still lives with his mother (Julie Halston); Sean Maguire is Kyle Lendo, a man that every girl had a crush during high school, but now he is living with his boyfriend, yes, boyfriend, Aaron. Jesse Tyler Ferguson portraits Richie, a unhappy man who's life hasn't treated him well since high school. Lucy Punch plays Holly Ellenbogen, a married woman who wants to have her revenge on Kyle. She's married to Perry Pearl (Sam Harris), who is also gay although Holly doesn't realize. Andrea Anders plays Nicole Allen, Yonk Allen's (David keith) trophy wife, who was once in a long relationship with Duncan.

Now that they finally met again, the relationships will bring back "The Class," and lots of fun is guaranteed.moreless
