The show is based nearly around the same premise, where comedian Chelsea Handler spoofs celebrities, TV, movies, news, while dishing out her personal views on current events, while letting the public participate by phone, e-mail, or by text message. Just like "The Chelsea Handler Show", each episode of "Chelsea Lately" is an half-hour long. The show airs every weeknight on the "E!" network.moreless

The Simple Life is a totally unscripted series starring everyone's favorite spoiled socialites, Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie!

The show's first 3 seasons were shown on FOX. But seasons 4 and 5 are now on E! with reruns of the first 3 seasons.

During the shows first season, Paris and Nicole got a reality check when they learned what it was really like to live among the middle-as they moved from their posh Beverly Hills pads to the small town of Altus, Arkansas (population 817) for a one-month stay.

Paris and Nicole were horribly inept at their jobs, which were the first they had ever had-including gigs at a dairy farm and a fast-food joint. But pretty soon they were up to their old tricks, picking up guys and causing mischief along the way, all in an effort to spice up the lives of their small town family and to win the hearts of the town's simple, kind-hearted residents. In the end, the girls survived the challenge, and most certainly served to prove that you can take the girl out of the city, but you can't take the city out of the girl!

During The Simple Life 2: Road Trip the outrageous Hilton and Richie were again stripped of their cell phones, cash and credit cards and set off on a trip across country in their hot pink pick-up and air stream trailer. Departing from Miami Beach, FL, and ending up in Beverly Hills, CA, the girls had to navigate their way through a wild ride full of new jobs, host families, and small towns across the southern U.S.

Now, the girls are back once again and are ready for their next challenge in The Simple Life 3: Interns.(Nicole Richie's final season) This time around, the girls will travel throughout the Northeast United States via Greyhound bus while visiting families and taking on an assortment of odd jobs from zoo keeping to Burger King. They will intern at a job for two days, on the second day they will be graded on their behavior and performance, from an A to an F (The girls' average score) If they complete the job as directed they each receive $100.00 (the managers deduct sometime... They even get fired! The girls stay with families each week and usually contribute by cooking a home cooked meal or preparing a sexy birthday night! This season the girls are really put to the test!

    Theme Song Lyrics

Let's take two girls, both filthy rich (Voice in the background: Hey isn't that Paris Hilton?) From the bright lights, Down to the sticks. From velvet ropes, To cattle pulls.(To workin' folks SL3) Let's take away their limousines, Their credit cards, and shoppin' sprees Well they're both spoilt rotten Will they cry when they hit bottom? Heaven knows who can survive This simple(Country, Road Trip, Intern, Living, Campers)kind of life (Paris: Where the hell are we?)moreless

    The Howard Stern Show

    E! (ended 2005)
Howard Stern changed the face of media with this hit show, which is actually a filmed version of his morning radio show. Howard took freedom of speech to the next level, which kept listeners listening and watchers watching. Howard graduated from Boston University in 1976, where he acquired a first class degree in radio broadcasting. He also began his career as a disc jockey. He was the first D.J. to feature a naked woman on the radio, and has been featuring naked women on his show ever since. When Howard talks, people listen, and when Howard's sidekicks, especially his partner Robin Quivers (who also does news) adds her two-sense in as well its hard to take your ears away. Howards executive producer Gary Dell'Abate is featured a lot in the show, along with Fred Norris, Jackie "The Joke Man" Martling (who is no longer with the show) Artie Lange, "Stuttering" John Melendez, and the list goes on. Howard takes a different approach to interviews, although he does interview celebrities a lot, he occasionally interviews regular people off the street and somehow makes it interesting, which is something very few people in media can do. Howard takes his games to the next level also, whether it be win a night with a porn star, fathers taking off their daughters clothes if they get an answer wrong, homeless jeopardy, evaluting women to see if they're good enough for playboy (brutally honest as well, especially Ralph Circella) and so on. Many porn stars have been featured on Howard's show mostly to look to have intercourse with a listener. Howard has been labeled the "King of Media" and with topics like this he sure has earned that title.moreless

Anna Nicole Smith stars in this critically-dissed wild reality series. The show debuted Sunday, August 4, 2002 on E!, and was inspired by the hit MTV reality series The Osbournes. The Anna Nicole Show series premiere gave E! its highest rating ever. However, the ratings began to slip as season one progressed. The series has received horrible reviews from the beginning - many before the first episode even aired. On November 4, 2003 The Anna Nicole Show's Season One will be released on DVD. It is the first time E! has ever released a DVD. Other than Anna, the series focuses on her attorney, Howard K. Stern (no relation to the shock jock). Anna and he are so close she thinks of him as a brother; her assistant, Kim, who has a tattoo of Anna on her left arm. Kim met Anna at a resort, they hit it off, and Kim got the call to be Anna's personal assistant; her prozac-popping puppy Sugar Pie, who is completely devoted to Anna; and her son, Daniel, a straight-A student, also takes a small part in the series. He doesn't like being part of the show, so little is seen of him. E! Broadcasting History
