The crew follow Esmael Mangudadatu as he carefully navigates his way to the election office to file hiscertificate of candidacy for governorship. The last time he tried to run for office of governor, his family and friends went off to the offices to file the candidacy for him but were brutally murdered and dumped in a mass grave.
