    Twisted Night

    Twisted Night

    IFC - Independent Film Channel
Twisted Night IFC and Canon partner to bring you a unique web series about the making of a web series. Twisted Night, a new IFC web series written by Jesse Hicks and Alessandro Minoli and directed by Jesse Hicks takes place over a single day and night. The series features the central characters, Max and Casey, and follows them as they encounter a series of mini-disasters and near misses in their quest to make it to a party where Max is determined to meet his potential future girlfriend, Samantha. Throughout the making of Twisted Night, Jesse and his director of photography Sean used the new Canon VIXIA HF S11 high-definition camcorder to achieve big budget beauty and overcome some fairly complicated camera set-ups. Some scenes required them to run alongside the characters to get the shot and some even called for strapping the camcorder to a skateboard and a bicycle. The result? Great picture quality and pitch-perfect sound. Check out all 5 episodes of Twisted Night and watch some great film-making How-Tos from director Jesse Hicks.moreless
