Charm School with Ricki Lake is the third season of VH1’s Charm School, featuring fourteen girls from Rock of Love Bus with Bret Michaels and Real Chance of Love under the guidance of Ricki Lake to try to improve themselves and become more respectable women. This season of Charm School focuses on the girls doing charity work, volunteering and working at events to understand the benefits of helping others and how it can lead to self- improvement. They talk about what the girls’ personal issues are, whether it be anger, confrontation, lack of respect for themselves, drinking, or being promiscuous. Some of the girls will find that charm school can’t help their substance abuse problems, and that acting slutty isn’t going to change if they continue to work as strippers. Confrontations amongst them also frequently lead to physical fights, and some girls end up ejected before the eliminations at the end of every episode. As they strive to become confident, respectable, polite women, they will also learn the importance of helping the less fortunate, and the winner who shows the most improvement with receive $100,000 to put towards changing her life.moreless

In a new and improved semester at VH1's Charm School, Headmistress Ricki Lake is shaking things up. That's right, for the first time ever the halls of Charm School will be filled with charming wannabes from two dating shows, Rock of Love Bus and Real Chance of Love. You've seen the Of Love Girls do a lot of things. You've seen them get drunk and do lap dances; you've seen them fight, kick, scream, and throw pieces of uncooked meat at one another; you've seen them kiss and tell and raise all kinds of hell. But there's one thing you've never seen any of them do...perform a selfless act. Charm School was opened to change all of that. Its mission has always been to make empowered, independent ladies out of beer guzzling, sexually explicit, hair pulling princesses. Unfortunately, along the way, some of our most promising students have gone astray: Charm School's first winner is in prison and the second winner is a VIP "Hostess" at a Vegas nightclub. So, in the third installment of Charm School, it's time for a change in curriculum. Ricki and her capable deans, Lala, MTV VJ and host of VH1's reunion shows, and Stryker radio personality and co-host of Love Line, will nurture and motivate these girls to become the self-sufficient, refined and respectable young ladies they are all capable of being. What's more, while they're putting in the work on themselves, the girls will also be helping to make the world a better place. Over the course of 10 weeks, they'll participate in lessons and tests designed to enrich their own lives and prepare them to be more responsible, productive, and charitable members of society. They'll help build playgrounds in an inner city neighborhood, clean up the LA River, Fundraise for worthy causes, and much, much more. In the Final Exam, the girls will face the biggest Charm School test yet...helping with the rebuilding efforts in the 9th Ward of New Orleans. With hurricane Katrina still one of the biggest natural disasters ever to hit this country, can the girls handle the amount of work that will need to be done. How selfless have they really become? In this season, we'll see if this Charm School class can save themselves and take a small step toward saving the world!!moreless

You want the truth. You can't handle the truth! But here it is anyway: VH1 is going back to the grungiest decade ever for I Love The 90's: Part Deux!

VH1 is bringing its highly successful and hilarious I Love The 90s approach back for I Love The 90s: Part Deux! From caller I.D. to Moviefone, from the Patch to The Club, and from Grumpy Old Men to grumpy young chicks like Alanis and Fiona we're gonna take on all The Usual Suspects and more! I Love The 90s: Part Deux will give viewers a `90s dose of the music, movies, TV shows, products, fashions, fads, trends, scandals and major events that defined pop culture each year of the decade. From Drew Carey to American Gladiators, Pump Sneakers to the Wonderbra, from Starbucks to Zima ... we will revisit it all from the ludicrous to the inspiring and everything in between.

A new batch of comics, rock stars, actors, and other celebs from the present and, the not too distant past, will reflect on the '90s experience. They will again address all the major questions of the decade: Did Clinton really inhale? Who let the Spice Girls into the country? What kid wouldn't want to start smoking to be cool as Joe Camel? Was a Planet Hollywood burger really worth $25 because you can eat it sitting next to Forrest Gump's suit? And most important of all: Who decided Euro Disney was a good idea?

Viewers will get a chance to pump up the jam with every aspect of '90s pop culture in each year of the most slammin' decade on record. We're not just talking music, TV and movies either. We mean everything: toys, scandals, fashion, cars and anything else that helped make the `90s 2 legit 2 quit.moreless
