Dr. Jekyll's assistant mixes him a newest batch of his transformation potion and hands it to his master. Jekyll drinks it and writhes in pain as he undergoes a painful metamorphosis. Once the transformation is complete, Mr. Hyde goes to the multiple mirrors and examines himself carefully, surveying every detail of his new features. Once he is satisfied that he has seen everything that there is to see, he turns to his assistant, who eagerly asks him if he's satisfied. Hyde snarls at him, and angrily tells his assistant that if he's said it once, he's said it a thousand times: go easy on the vermouth.
