Though it's highly suggested Ally was responsible for the sabatoge, it's never clearly established.
This episode should come after Episode 20, "Revelations", since in this episode Keyes mentions that Orcus brought up the "brother" issue in that episode, and we even see a clip.
Briony seems to suggest that she herself attended an all girls Catholic school once upon a time. Though it's possible she was referring to similar curfew situations in the schools at the military bases her family lived at.
Tom is a former member of the company Raleigh worked for. They designed the NightMan suit. We learn in this episode, Tom went on to develop motorized skates for a much less noble purpose.
Zentare tells Johnny that there are such creatures as the Custodians of Time that granted powers to a select few. They are called Tal-Che. Johnny is obviously one of them. If that lightning strike was no accident, then did these Custodians also give Keyes his "powers"?
The official registers a 10 count when the wrestler is laying on the mat. In pro-wrestling, script says the only time 10 counts take place in ring is when both wrestlers are down for the count at the same time.
Professional wrestling rings only have three ropes, not four ropes as the ring was wrongly depicted with in this episode.
Another case of the popular plot device involving the poison drink in the glass. Except this time the hero senses he's being drugged and cleverly spills the drink out, pretends to drink the drink, and cleverly passes out till the drugger leaves the room.
HoloJohnny appears in this episode at the costume ball. Right before Johnny goes to change into the NightMan costume, he zaps the hologram on behind a curtain on stage, which rises seconds later as the band begins playing.
During the costume ball, NightMan runs into a person dressed like Spiderman, causing a humorous exchange between the two as "Spiderman" asks NightMan who he's supposed to be. Then when NightMan flies away, "Spiderman" calls him a showoff.
The head mobster's right hand, Viktor, keeps getting left in the oddest, unreachable to get down from spots by NightMan, yet he's taken down and let go without question. If you saw someone hanging from a street light poll, wouldn't you question why they were there, and if maybe they were put there for a reason? One can guess that it was his fellow mobster's that took him down, though one would suspect, in that case, the same mobsters wouldn't have been in disbelief about the "caped one" had they helped his victim down from the poll.
In Season 2's "Spellbound", Briony makes it quite clear "The House of Soul" nightclub is not open to minors, yet in this episode, the little girl attends the club. Despite the changes inbetween seasons, continuity remained somewhat untarnished, except for this issue.
