  • Gowing strong, not just a sugar rush

This episode is special. It's not the typical sugar rush of gun fights and explosions. It is a growing pains episode for a show that not many people had much hopes for in the start, a show that has grown into a complex and elegant tale.

"Guardians" is where the human side f our operatives and enemies are brought to light. On the good guys side it shows how the fight is taking a toll on everything but stincking together, but charcters are learning deep things about themselvs which provide ingenius quotes. On the bad guys side it show, each operative is doing their own and plain defiance foreshadowing infighting. Comeon they are bad guys, it's their own nature to serve themselves. Both Owen and Amanda should of known better, Ari typical kept tabs on Owen and Percy obviously had moles in Division. These were genius use of plot devices, not very subtle but realistic.

Now the Alexandra side, i always love when they dredge her past. The quote from daddy Udinov "There is diferrence between dependance and trust. Depend on your self .... there are times when you trust others .... like UNCLE SERGEI" just blew me away. The cherry on top was the twist which i did not see coming. Rember why the hell would Sergei rebuild the Udinov masion, it wasn't his idea.

The week's episode was intellegintly beautiful. I love how the show has grown into more than just guns and explosions. M favourite part is still Alexdra's past which this week shines. 5 starsmoreless

    • Owen: I'm not working with Gogol, Nikita. I'm using them.
Nikita: Oh, where have I heard that before?
Owen: Nikita, I would never let them hurt you. I made it very clear. They even breathe in your direction, I'm ripping their heads off, starting with Ari.

    • Nikita: I'm so tired. I don't want to hurt anyone...anymore.
      Owen: What do you want?
      Nikita: I want to stop.
Owen: I don't think you can. You have to help people. You have to stand up for those people who can't fight for themselves because, Nikita, it's the right thing to do. Division...they gave you a gift. When they gave you the ability to kill, they also gave you the ability to protect. You taught me that.
