Amanda: Your turn.
Ari: I could refuse. After I unlock the code, you're just going to kill me anyway.
Amanda: You of all people should know there are many ways to die.

Sean: Ari has a kill chip. Nikita could end the threat of the black box right now.
Nikita: No.
Alex: Why not?
Nikita: Because we don't sacrifice people, we save them.
Alex: That's what I'm trying to do!
Nikita: Ari is the priority.
Alex: Why, because you say it is?

Alex: You hold on, okay? I'm coming back for you.
Larissa: No. You saw how many soldiers there are. It is suicide.
Alex: I have friends coming back for me, and I'm gonna return with all of them.
Larissa: All right. But if you can't, don't feel bad. Sometimes no matter how much you want to help, you can't stop someone from dying.

Ari: Amanda was right. Your compassion will be your downfall.
Nikita: Amanda is not right about anything.
Ari: She has her blind spots, but she excels at ferreting out the weakness of people. With you, she's aiming directly for the heart.
Nikita: Only Amanda could use love as a weapon.
Ari: As I recall, when you needed some information on Saalim, you were very quick to use my son's safety as leverage.

Nikita: Relax, Ari. We are trading you for Alex. But we'll get you back. As much as you deserve it, we're not gonna let Amanda get her claws into you.
