Goof: When Nikita and Kelly steal the green civilian car, the license plate number is "20 D 9612". Later in the episode, they pull over with a flat tire and the plate number has changed to "50 N 9512". Minutes later, Roan and Alex arrive in an SUV with plate number "20 D 9612", the original plate number on the green car that Nikita and Kelly had stolen.

The opening scene in the episode is labeled Van, Turkey. However, the actual location shown is Kocatepe Mosque in Ankara, the capitol of Turkey.

This episode contains several inaccuracies regarding Turkish license plates. Turkish police cars have blue license plates, but the police cars in this episode have white plates. In Ankara, police license plates begin with the digits 06. However, the digits on license plate on the police car that Nikita and Kelly steal at Gençlik Park in Ankara starts with 46. Later in the episode, the green civilian car that they steal has black license plates, but only government agency cars have black plates in Turkey.

Goof: In the scene where Ramon escapes in his truck, he leaves the wheelchair behind when he climbs into the truck. Moments later, after Nikita chases him down by motorcycle and incapacitates his vehicle, you see Ramon outside the truck, sitting in his wheelchair.

We learn that Nikita's last name is 'Meers' when Ramon says her name toward the end of the episode. This is the first time Nikita's last name is mentioned in the series.

The senator from Oversight who Percy meets with in the restaurant and who appears again in front of Alex at the end of the episode is played by Alberta Watson, who played Madeline, the role equivalent to Amanda, in the original La Femme Nikita series.

During the gunfight in London, the filming appears to have actually taken place in France for several reasons: the cars are driving with French license plates, the cars in the background are driving on the right ride of the road, and there are yellow lines down the center of the road and none at the sides of the road. The UK has white dashed lines in the center of most roads and double yellow lines (or red lines in London) at the sides to indicate no parking.

In Alex's dream, the license plate on her SUV is New York plate number R2K 7S24.

Nikita uses the 'ping' command on the IP address she's given by Alex. While running this command will show connectivity, it does not show any information about the owner of the server or its location.

When Alex first informs Nikita of Division's plan, she gives the IP address 552.2331.452.02. This is an impossible IP address, since each segment's highest value can only be 255.

Previous episodes establish that the Division's recruits are implanted with a tracking chip. In this episode, it isn't explained why Division doesn't use Sara's tracking chip to locate her body and confirm that she is dead or use her chip to track down Nikita.
