FX (ended 2010)
Things are friggin' insane around here right now. I'm ready to go home and drink some whiskey. Sure, it's too early to drink it right now, but it's never to early to think about drinking it. lol.
* Thinkin 'bout drinkin *
I'm actually getting tons wrapped up here. Next week should be gravy. Got all the huge stuff either completed or soon to be. It's great!
Right now I'm almost out the door for an extended lunch. We're going to catch an early viewing of "The Shooter".
I heard Mark Wahlberg is FANOM in this one. It comes from a book trilogy. Adventure hero, good guy, bad guy, guy gets the hot girl in the end -- type movie.
I just love Marky Mark any day, so I'm game for this.
Oh and it's like mid 70s here all week. OMG I love spring!

Isn't the hot girl the chick that played Vanessa in Nip/Tuck?
Yeah... It is her!
She's still not as hot as Sophia Bush, but she looks damn good now.
It was Kit from N/T. Rhona Mitra is the actress. It didn't look like her to me in the previews but I knew it was her first shot I got.
I thought it was a really good movie. It was 2 hours, but the time flew for me.
It's more a "guy" movie, I didn't like it as much as "The Departed" but I did like it quiet a bit. It's not going to probably win any big award, or solve some big life mystery. It's not incredibly deep plotted. But what it is, is adventurous, well acted by Mark W. and it's entertaining. I mean, I just sat and enjoyed it. Didn't have to think real hard, it was just enjoyable to watch.
Rhona and Mark were good, but Danny Glover what way off his game. I thought he was really pushing over the top with his character. He was a little annoying. I dunno.
Overall, this, probably the 2nd best movie I've seen including rentals this year.

*Checks imdb.com again.*
Well, I'll be damned. Rhona Mitra is in it too. I didn't even notice that on any of the previews or imdb. I just noticed that Kate Mara (the chick who played Vanessa from season one) was in it.
This was the chick I was talking about:
Apparently she plays some chick named Sarah Fenn in that movie. I had no idea Rhona Mitra was in it too though.
Oh. Well I never saw most of Season 1. I started watching near the end, like the last 3 epsidoes. I saw the pilot later on during S3, so I couldn't say one way or another if she was in it.
I'll just take your word for that.
I never saw Megan, or Sofia Bush either ... so ... yah know, I dont know.
Anyone see the previews for The Invisible yet?
I saw them on the big screen. OMG. Looks amazing!
They plugged "from the producers of "The Sixth Sense".
right! It was Leo. I even had the rationale right. So ... w00t!
Yeah.... The whole photo thing on Dirt was way too predictable. I think the only real problem with that show is that pretty much everything is totally predictable.
It's still a great show... It's just nowhere near Nip/Tuck or The Shield.
But yes.... FINALLY I can get my fix of The Shield next week. Not to mention that The Sopranos starts the day after The Shield. It's going to be a great couple of months for television.
Ooh. New font editor and new banner!
Wow! that they set up Don to take the fall in S2? He is at the crime scene.
Just got to see Dirt this morning, that was pretty good ending. Did anyone think...

Lucy and Tina kissing................................. heeh.
Don was looking a little like the First Slayer there for a bit. I guess he's a Brit and fakes the American accent for this role. Kinda cool.
Thought the series was pretty good. Just one of those types that you just sit and watch and dont think real hard. Yeah.
Yeah... It has been rather quiet lately.
At least The Shield is back on, though, so I'm gradually making my way back over there for now.
Yeah, I've never really watched The Shield either. But I have heard such good things about it, and my husband likes it, so I am trying it out. I have absolutely no idea what is going on though, so it is really hard to follow. I need to get some of the earlier seasons and catch myself up a bit. Seems like everyone thinks it's worth it.
I wonder if Nip/Tuck is like that? I've seen every episode, so it's hard for me to judge. I mean, you obviously get more out of it if you have followed since the beginning, but I think someone could watch a stand alone episode and enjoy it.
