I somehow missed Michelle and Christian's break up.  He was furious as most of her truth was revealed, but in the operating room, he seemed quite close with her?  So is the engagement officially off?  My impression was that he was still caught up with her and had moved past it even though it's a poor decision.

He said he returned the ring ...

... sometime after she put together a final draft of that note ...

    ... so ...

    ... probably.

Hey everyone, i'm a long time nip tuck fan since season 1 from the UK and i saw the season 4 finale last night and i must say i was very impressed.

I've always been a huge fan of Escobar so a part of me was sad to see him get capped in the head, but another part was pleased he would finally be out of Sean and Christian's lives for good. And i did enjoy the parody of season one with the dispossing of the body.

I think LA will provide the new lease of life for this show in season 5, but had they stayed in miami i still know that the show would of been supurb.

As for the singing, love it or hate it, it was 2 minuets of a show that has been going strong for 4 season's now...so i think even if you didn't enjoy it, you can forgive them

    Roll on season 5!

    Mike

I'm feeling strongly we will see a 2 story set next year. Something sooooo over the top it blows away the Miami practice.

I wouldn't worry, Escobar still has a place in Sean's mind, I assume

Edit:  Oh, and I forgot to make mention of the cameo by Danny Strong near the end of the episode.  As a Whedonite, that made me smile!

Ok, I liked the episode as a whole very much.  Obviously some parts were better than others.  It's nice to see how the show wrapped up things in Miami and now gives the show a chance to start fresh.  I'm still a little confused about one part.  I'm just trying to connect the season finale to the pilot episode.  In the pilot, Escobar talks about Christian shooting botox into his "girlfriends" face (which we saw him say to Celia).  Then there is the whole story about his daughter being molested by Silvio.  Do you think Escobars daughter that was molested was Gala's daughter or some other woman's (Celia possibly) daughter?  We know Escobar isn't faithful.  Not that this really means anything, but just curious.

He could have any number of wimmenfolk everywhere he hangs out (and Merrill -- someone should've ripped on him at least a little for shagging the Qtip).

I was wondering a little bit about Escobar's daughter, but not much.

Heck, Sean has a daughter we've seen in maybe a dozen episodes in four seasons of the show, and she was living with him.

I liked the part where the couple was saging the front room in case anyone had been watching those "dirty cable programs" in it, and Sean mentioned yeah, or just in case some guy had been shot through the forehead in there.

Eh... I'm way too hungover to write a review today. This one is going to take a while, so I'm just going to do it tomorrow. It'll actually work better that way because the boss will be out of the office and I don't have squat to do here tomorrow anyways.

Anywhere know where a clip may be of the cast lip syncing to the 'Brighter Discontent' song?  Thanks.

And yes, I realize that there are encores every Friday and Sunday night, but I would like to know if there is an INTERNET clip of the lip syncing part?  Thanks.

EDIT EDIT:::  I found it, here ya all go....

    Brighter Discontent: by: The Submarines
    Find the lyrics here:

I give a thumbs-up to this song…it linked together all the characters as lonely but never alone.
