Is it just me, or does the show feel like it's become more and more surreal and less attached to reality? I mean, it's really starting to feel more Soap Oprahy than Drama.

lets see. in this latest episode someone awoke from a coma with no memory of their life. There was a car crash. Two siblings can't keep their hands off each other. And somone got stabbed multiple times in the back and will prob. survive since he's a main character....no not soap operish at all lmao.

Matts screw-ups alone make the show too surreal.

The funny thing is, you just KNOW everyone's going to be going "OMG! did he really die!?" OF COURSE NOT! HE'S A MAIN CHARACTER! Almost no show is smart enough to kill off a main character like that.

The OC killed off Mischa Barton who was the main female lead. The show was cancelled the season after that happened.

There's a difference between a show killing off a main character, and a show killing off a main character correctly.

The things that happen to Matt can happen, but I've never heard of them all happening to one person.

You are so right. Plus they already did this fake out at least twice. They did it last week with Julia getting shot, and they did it a 3 years ago with the Carver attacking Christian, it's just Sean's turn. The only way Sean dies is if his contract is up.

This is the best nip tuck season ever and i love it. Crazy, but excellent. ... And not for the mainstream.
