  • Season 2 Episode 10: Kimber Henry

  • When the doctors throw the breast implants around they are just packed loose in the box. However, in reality, breast implants are supplied in their own sealed sterile packets.

  • Day light can be seen through the windows when Julia is at the bar.

  • As Sean sits at home watching boxing and drinking, the fight has 0:14 left on the clock the first time we see a shot of the TV. The next time we see the TV, the fight has about 0:47 left on the clock. Talk about a time warp!

  • Real Life Comparison: Rose and Raven are conjoined twins. There have been many cases of surgeries separating twins. However, this episode has similarities to the 1991 separation of Gracie and Rosie Attard. The surgery resulted in the death of Rosie.

  • Ryan Murphy's signature is on one of the documents in Christian and Sean's file when they see the advisor about splitting up their business.

  • The clock in the surgery stays at 3:42, Raven's time of death, at the end of the episode. Whether this is intentional or a goof is unknown.

  • When Andrea Hall finds out that Christian is 40, she says that she would have guessed 36. The episode aired exactly one week after Julian McMahon's 36th birthday.

  • Goof: After Ava hands over her water bottle to Julia, her hands go from her waist to crossed-arms throughout the shots.

  • Season 2 Episode 5: Joel Gideon

  • In one of Sean's attempts to be bold, he decides to take his family to a new restaurant. There he is presented with the option of ordering Fugu, and decides to be brave and try it. However, Fugu is a highly restricted food that requires a special license to be sold. Only 17 restaurants in the United States are allowed to serve it and none of them is located in Miami.
