  • When Sean is talking to Matt about the hit and run, he mentions that it happened 6 months ago. However, at the deposition, the lawyer states the hit and run took place 9 months ago.

  • Goof: In the Parking Lot scene, when Sean was backing up his car, the front license plate reads "DLM456". In the next shot when his car was pulling away, the plate is blank.

  • Goof: When Christian is threatening to give Sean a botox injection at the beginning of the episode, the position of the plunger in the syringe changes several times from about 0.3 ml to empty.

  • Season 1 Episode 13: Escobar Gallardo

  • Goof: Escobar tells Sean that he was 23 when Blondie's "Rapture" came out. However, his FBI file later states his birth date as being in 1967. This would have made him 13 when the song was released, in 1980.

  • Real Life Comparison: Escobar's surgery is loosely based on the surgery of Amado Carrillo Fuentes. He was a powerful drug dealer. In July 1997, he died while having plastic surgery to drastically alter his face so he could disappear.

  • Goof: After Sean pulls the gun on Escobar you can see him going to again in the mirror.

  • Goof: On the FBI Ten Most Wanted List, Escobar's nationality and place of birth are listed as "Columbia." Of course, it should be "Colombia."

  • The Miami Herald newspaper that Christian was reading was in an older format than the current one.

  • Season 1 Episode 12: Antonia Ramos

  • It's revealed that Gina is 35 years old.
