Haruka gets a nightmare about Karasu and Fukurou battling. She doesn't know where to find Karasu, and suspects he's already fighting Fukurou. A time wanderer tells her that she has the ability to see the future technically, but because she saw the outcome of the battle, it will come true. She races to the harbour, and finds Fukurou and Haruka battling. However, Atori tries taking advantage of the situation, killing two birds with one stone, but he ends up getting blasted. Fukurou pledged his allegience to Karasu's cause, but Noein appears, and kills him.

The battle between Karasu and Fukurou was flat out amazing. The animation was definitely unique supported by wealthy productions, and it was quite an emotional battle. It combined so many things into one battle, such as the fighting in the air, which more resembled a chase between two battle ships, the martial arts in the beginning, and the power struggles between each other's beams. Though even more impressive is the special effects. They were just so glamorous and eye dazzling, and the sound effects were also just simply awesome.

That's not all though. The outcome of the battle was actually extremely surprising and heart wrenching. You'd suspect that Haruka's dream would really come true, but in truth, it didn't tell the whole story. I was expecting Fukurou to be destroyed by Karasu's hands, but then Noein appeared. It was even more emotional factoring in how Fukurou himself said he would support Karasu and his cause, and then Noein decides to kill him.moreless
