Noriega: God's Favorite is a 2000 dramatic TV movie directed by Roger Spottiswoode. The film depicts all the different roles Manuel Noriega has taken on during his life including a soldier, a CIA Informant and a Panamanian General. His complicated relationships with the US government and Colombian drug mafia organizations are also explained in the film. In his own words in the film, Noriega explains he felt he could simultaneously handle all these dangerous roles in his life because he was "God's favorite."
