I saw this show last night, its kind of sad & really slow paced, yet somehow intriuging enough for you to want to know what happens, well thats late 80's/ early 90's anime for ya i guess. I just hope they air the entire series. I think any show deserves at least that!

This seems to be an interesting little series. I look forward to watching this every Monday...even if I have to stay up 'til 1:00 AM!

I'm gonna watch it. Gotta have something to look forward to on Mondays. I'd rather watch Bleach or Code Geass, or even the rest of Tokko. (which I don't think they even finished did they?) But I still watch it. It was interesting.

My understanding is tokko is over, that was all that was made.

I know it was really sort and on hiatus, but I went online and read there there was still a couple episodes left from where it let off, till the end.

    I think.

I know huh it kind of depressing, Like how poor Sara is (well you know) by all these different guys just so she can have a baby so Hamdo can have more solders. I hope Hamdo dies in the end.

This anime is awesome...just like I said in the other thread over here, the dub is really good (even ANN says that it's good), especially for one that is so short (only 13 episodes)

I really like the dub. I'm actually attached to Shu's voice (it really makes him sound like a sweet, brave kid). King Hamdo is WONDERFULLY crazy.
I love the series so far. I think anime that are too fast paced lose a lot of the finer points. This one is intentionally slow, and I like it. I found the second episode to be the most disturbing one (if I remember correctly). The series is sad, but I don't know how anyone could have given this series the 'abysmal' rating. I don't get that at all. Well, I'm not a fan of Bleach when it seems like everyone on the planet is, so I guess everyone has their different tastes. Still, this is a good series, and I'm so mad SciFi is on hiatus (though understandably, for the Gurren Lagann dub).
