Homeland Insecurity
"Homeland Insecurity" is split into three segments. The first questions the security of America's chemical plants and examines the debate over who is ultimately responsible for protecting these plants from terrorist attacks -- private industry or the federal government. In the second segment, the novelist and poet Alice Walker discusses her anti-war activism and her latest work, "Absolute Trust in the Goodness of the Earth: New Poems." The episode ends with an interview of Boston College professor Alan Wolfe on the topic of the war in Iraq.moreless
