"What happens when the need for water and attempts to privitize and profit from a natural resource clash? NOW, in a joint effort with the series Frontline World, sent David Murdock and The New Yorker writer William Finnegan into a small town in Boliva that was the center of just such a conflict. Cochabamba's water supply was bought by San Francisco's Bechtel Corporation, who immediatly raised the rates, in effect ""Leasing the Rain"", and sparked a bloody conflict. Join Now as they take a deeper look into the results of one companies attempts to privitize water, and its effect on the residents.
