ding ding! Chamita is correct. J. Edgar Hoover founded what is now the F.B.I. The BOI (Bureau of Investigation) got Hoover as their sixth director in 1924. The BOI became the FBI in 1935, and Hoover was the director of that until his death in 1972.

    Hope that helped!

BTW it feels like the writing in Numb3r keeps getting better and better in terms of character depth on this show. No offense to many other show writers... but it just feels like most "top shows" these days appear a bit cheesy in comparison.

    What's your favorite episode ever?
Mine was the "gentlemen bank robbers" in season one.

i think that they are doing episodes without David and then some without Colby so it won't look strange that there are some episodes without Megan, for when the actress is on maternity leave.

Could be...but since there are a lot of threads to discuss these last few topics...let's try to keep this thread for questions, okay?

    Thanks,

In End of Watch, any idea whose photo was used as that of the deceased officer? To me, it looked a lot like Kent McCord, of long ago Adam-12 fame. Thoughts?

Hi, I'm from Sweden and saw the episode Convergence tonight. I saw it for the second time though thx to the thing called the Internet =)
As you may understand it takes forever before the episode get here on TV.

Now to my question: What song is played in the end of Convergence when Charlie is working on the "Math of the Brain"?

Thx in advance, and thx for all the facts and discussions here!
