When Don Eppes arrives at the shooting of the two drug dealers, LAPD Detective Cates tells him the preliminary tests matched the shell casings to Epps stolen Glock. To do so, the recovered shells had to be collected, taken back to a lab and compared under a microscope to the ballistics records on file for Don's Glock. It is not feasible that this would be accomplished is such a short time that police are still at the murder scene with the bodies on the ground.
When Colby and David were looking at the driver's license information for Mike Hiller and James Mazzolla, Hiller's address is listed as 6229 Portsmouth Way, Los Angeles, CA, 90021, while Mazzolla's is listed as 344 W Masterly Ct, Los Angeles, CA, 90013. These addresses, particularly the zip codes, are entirely different from each other, despite the fact that Mazzolla and Hiller are next door neighbors.
Don has been an FBI agent for 15 years, and worked with David for six years.
Charlie's middle name is Edward.
The opening numbers show "23 Years Later" in the lower left box, yet in the opening scene we see Mary Paulson talk about what the kids are doing 25 years later. Seeing how this show stays in real time, it would be a 25 year span (1985-2010).
When Granger and Sinclair are looking up Winslow's background there is a computer showing a photo of Winslow in a Marine Corps uniform. Granger reads, "Winslow was in the Corps from '82 to '84." Sinclair then reads, "It says, uh, other than honorable discharge," to which Granger replies, "That's the Army's way of sweeping an uncomfortable situation under the rug". Winslow was in the Marine Corps - not the Army.
23 YEARS LATER
When discusses "witnessing the death of a star," Larry corrects Charlie by saying the star "had already been dead for for 2.2 million light years." Any physicist would know that a light year is a unit of length and not a unit of time.

At the end of the episode, the FBI knocks on the doors of all the hotel rooms assuming the killer is in one of them. It's not reasonable to expect him to come to the door and open it for them. Yet when that doesn't happen, they say the hotel is clear, and that he isn't there.
The apartment manager who showed the body to Colby and Nikki wouldn't have known to call the FBI instead of the police. It is far more plausible that having found the body, that she would have called 911, which would have brought the LAPD. They would have secured the crime scene and then they would have notified the FBI.
At the beginning it states 1,100 rounds per minute, or approximately 18.3 rounds per second. This is repeated by the "bad guy" before he tests the weapon. He then tests the weapons, which shoot about six rounds per second around a third of the supposed fire rate.
Math used in this episode:
28 GLOBAL ARMED CONFLICTS
43 MILITARY GOVERNMENTS
600 MILLION AUTOMATIC WEAPONS
1,100 ROUNDS PER MINUTE
At the begining of the episode when Don gets the call about the shooting in San Pedro, Robin says that it should be an LAPD case so she doesn't know why they were calling the FBI. Don replies that they were looking for Charlie's help, not his. But then in the next scene, Don's agents are shown working the case, and there's never any explanation about why they're participating.
After all of the computations, machinations, and charting of potential wedding dates to avoid conflicts, when Charlie and Amita finally agree to a date, they don't even look at a calendar to see if their venue was available or what day of the week it was, much less if it conflicted with anything else. That doesn't follow their methodology or logic.

Bloom claims that D.B. Cooper didn't get away with $250,000 as stated to the press but one million. They did that to catch anyone who claimed to be Cooper lying. On Prison Break, Charles Westmoreland (who's supposedly D.B. Cooper) claims he got 5 million and the low amount announced was made to avoid embarrassment.
