School Nurse was a really superb episode of Nurse Jackie and I enjoyed this very entertaining episode. There was a lot of character and plot development as Jackie and Kevin learn that Grace may have an anxiety disorder from her school teachers. Zoey loses her first patient and Jackie gives her some advice. I thought it was interesting how Jackie continued to want to make excuses for Grace's behavior and how she criticized the school nurse. It was also interesting to find out how Jackie is hiding her family from Eddie. I look forward to watching the next episode of Nurse Jackie!!!!!!!moreless

FILTER BY TYPE

  • TRIVIA (1)

    • When Dr. O'Hara examines Julian Armando in the beginning of the episode, her surgical gloves suddenly disappear just to reappear in the next closeup view.

  • QUOTES (3)

    • Dr. O'Hara: Shit, Jacks, you go missing in action and I'm left dealing with some sticky little tot. I needed your hugs and warm nursey eyes to deflect his hero worship.
Jackie: You had to be nice? I can't believe I missed it.
Dr. O'Hara: His mucky little finger ruined a pair of $80 tights.
Jackie: Remind me why you don't have kids. By the way, I've seen you throw more than that in the trash.
Dr. O'Hara: Yeah, I would have preferred those tights to have been ripped off me in the heat of something remarkable as opposed to being destroyed by sullied midget digits.

    • Zoey: You think it's true what they say about twins, that they can read each other's minds, feel each other's pain?
      Mo-mo: Definitely, I'm a twin. I was a twin.
Zoey: Oh, my god, I'm so sorry. (she tries to hug him)
Mo-mo: Chica, never do that. Never think you should feel sorry for me. I get the "aww" thing and immediately I want to eat three sleeves of Oreos.

    • (talking about Mo-mo's dead twin brother)
      Zoey: Do you remember him?
Mo-mo: You know, I do. I remember being with someone, you know? Like I came into the world with someone. I didn't come here alone, so... you know... being alone alone is hard for me. It doesn't feel bad, it just feels... wrong.
Zoey: Do you ever think about what he would be like?
      Mo-mo: Every day.
