Janice's father comes to visit and warn her about his pending corruption indictment. Sipowicz makes some appearances at the hotel where Giardella is being held. Kelly and Martinez are assigned a case involving the robbery and brutal murder of a woman. 4B comes to the precinct in search of his gun. Fancy and Sipowicz meet man to man and air their differences.
