In this episode Dennis Franz really showed he was the star. This episode won Franz the outstanding lead actor emmy and you could see why. The emotions he showed, he was so calm talking to the man who killed the boy, convincing him to tell the truth then walked out and punched the wall. Helping his son, the son he really wasn't there for but took a risk to help him to have a better life even though for the time being his son is probably further away from him because of it. The scene in the hotel with the fiance was funny, and typical Sipowitz. The only thing I didn't like about this episode was David Caruso, I am so glad that he was only on in the first season.moreless
