To AvatRkls, if you heard the original opening (which you can see on the official website), you might change your opinion, but that's just MY opinion...

I like them both a lot, but I'd have to say the ending because I just love the japanese junk. Its nice to get away from all the screamer/heavy metal and rap once in a while, even though I like screamer and heavy metal. And those songs that are just plain stupid. Ever listen to the pepsi part of the lyrics in Institutionalized?

I like the original opening. The dub one has some of the most cliche lyrics of anime dubs in exsistance. I mean, it's better than others I have heard, but the original was cooler IMO.

The original opening is good as well. I wonder why in the United States they kept the original ending, but changed the theme song.

I was a big fan of the American opening "Never Say Never" by After Midnight Project, until I heard the Japanese intro "A Chance to Shine" by Akino on the soundtrack. I like it so much I am thinking about making a video for it.

The ending song "Waratteta" by Sukoshi, with its english refrain Goodby Yesterday, sums up the loss felt throughout the series.

i personally enjoyed the begining song just because I'm into the strong lyrics and the combination of these strong lyrics with the awesome AMV of characters. Its better than most other openings that give the names of the charactesr and what not. It gives the sheer impression that this show isn't like other shows that use cliche episode ideas--vegetarianism, dances, and other overused plotlines-- it is an action packed adventure that should tingle the senses.

all in all, opening song= epic!
