Once and Again

Tiffany: (to Jake) I feel like I've been breaking up with you since we met.

Jake: Your mom and I both agreed you'd tell us where you were and who you were with. Grace: And where were you and who were you with?

Zoe: Grace, you want the cherry? Tiffany: You don't like the cherry? Zoe: I'm trying to cut back on food dyes.

Grace: Why is your hand on my thigh?!

Grace: Uh, excuse me, your hand is on my thigh?

Jake: If only they didn't smell so good.

Jake: I mean, if a woman loves you, basically you exist to make her happy. Not that I don't want to make anybody happy, I'm just tired of always failing at it.

Jake: I think I was in college when I realized that women are always disappointed, no matter what you do, so finally it doesn't matter. I guess, in some way, they need to be disappointed.

Grace: Okay, there's a guy too. Jake: Ah. Does this guy have a name? Grace: Spencer. Lewicki. Jake: What's his real name?

Carla: Guys have this huge highway, okay, like right down the center of their brain. They can either think or feel, but not both at once. Grace: That explains a lot, actually.

Carla: So, you like Pace? Grace: Oh my god, was I...? Was it that obvious? Carla: To me, but I'm really perceptive. Seriously, scare myself.

Jake: I like people. What can I say? Y'know, some folks do coke, some drink, I just like people.
