Karen wants Rick to have a talk with Eli about safe sex. Grace tells her friend Julie that she caught her mother making out with Eli's dad in their living room. But rumors spread quickly and get misinterpreted in school, and students think that Lily caught Grace and Eli having sex. Eli is frustrated by this and tries to patch things up with his girlfriend Jennifer.
Meanwhile, Rick gets a call from Lindsay, a woman who used to work with him, and whom he used to see before. Lindsay wants to get together with Rick, but he doesn't know how to tell her he's seeing Lily. He doesn't tell Lily about Lindsay either. But Rick gets really uncomfortable when Lindsay shows up while he's in a restaurant with Lily.
Lily feels scared that she doesn't have any experience sexually after her marriage, so she cancels out on Rick. But after Rick has a talk with Eli, he realizes that he should be there for Lily, and goes to see her anyway. She confides in Rick saying that she was really scared to go further because she lost her self confidence after Jack left her for other women, and that's why it's really hard for her.
This was a good episode. Some of my favorite scenes are towards the beginning when Rick and Lily go on their date, and towards the end. Good humor, drama, and acting from the cast.moreless

Rick is embarresed when he runs into an ex-girlfirend while on a date with Lily. The couple considers taking their relationship to the next level, and they spend their first night in bed reminiscing.
