This gets brought up from time to time... inconsistencies in the curse. Specifically, the "Nobody gets in, nobody gets out" part of the curse. I'm ignoring the "nobody notices the town is ageless" thing since the most we've seen about that is how everyone says "as long as any of us can remember" So I decided to just put up a thread about it.
Feel free to point out things you noticed about that curse and how it doesn't work. Heck, even point out work around to my observations and others.
Granted, trying to apply logic to "TV/Movie Magic" is like trying to figure when exactly you can feed Gremlins when it's technically always after midnight. Or how the Wicked Witch can be killed by water and yet never have to worry about sweat or fog or steam from her cauldrons.
AND, I will accept that things are different now that Emma is here. Perhaps a District Attorney from the state can decide to drop on by on a whim because she weakened it.
But it still begs the question: what about the last 30 years?
Nobody in or out sounds fine on paper. People inside are prevented from wanting to leave and if they do then something bad happens (except Henry who is special).
And from outside, well you could just say the town is veiled so nobody notices it to drive inside. But that doesn't cover everything because just from watching the show we see discrepencies.
Feel free to adddiscrepancies, or suggest possible logical explanations.
