Don't change the past, not one line!

    Doctor No. 1

    Doctor Who

This is part two and I think it's an excellent follow up. I'll admit I really love the fact we have a time travel premise as the contained arc, time travel I don't feel is done enough in the fantasy genere only ones I can think of are the films "Army of Darkness", "Time Bandits", and the underrated "Waxwork 2: Lost in Time" so I think this is a breath of fresh air.

As usual we see both Hook and Emma play out the rest of their excellent adventure. I really liked seeing Hook working together with David which is funny since both of them in the reality relm don't entirely get along or at least see eye to eye on things. Let alone it was interesting seeing both interact with Snow and David despite the fact both of them don't know Emma and Hook yet.

I really liked seeing the amount of emotion Emma was exercising, from seeing her mom getting burned at the stake which I'll admit was a heart sinking moment. Just seeing her lose her mom at that point in time just as she had in the past you can see devastated Emma. But of course we see I wouldn't say a twist it was actually hinted at when Snow tried to use a spell on Regina, fortunately the spell worked on Snow as we see she turned into a Ladybug to escape, that insect is a good fitting choice. And of course once she turns back Emma then hugs Snow with strong emotion but I'll admit it's just a little sad since Snow doesn't know who she is.

At that point Emma realizes that she truly does have a place in her family's life and she wants to remain a part of it. And of course we see Emma get her powers back when both Emma and Hook are sent by Rumple into his personal magical Warehouse which looked cool sort of like the Warehouse from the tv show "Warehouse 13". Zelana was about to nullify them but not take them away, so you can say the force was always in her all Emma had to do believe and act on her feelings and she does and is able to create a wand of light to send them both back. But of course we see Rumple sending them to his Warehouse was a trick so he can get the truth about the fate of his son out and to send him to prevent it. But I like what Emma said about not changing one line and the importance of Neil's role in things. Then we see Rumple make the right choice by letting Emma go and taking the potion to forget what he heard. It really shows how much he loves his son and he wishes to honor him by letting him take his course.

And of course they do complete the rest of the mission and go back to Storybroke, some of the minutes before the end were touching as we see everyone get a touch of happiness. From seeing the naming ritual at Granny's which to me looked like one of the best parties in the world since it's comprised of so many of the Fairy Tale/Fantasy charcters it would take more then one watch to spot them all, one of them of course was seeing Allora and Philip there as humans again, I wonder what they think of our modern day reality? But we see a touching moment with Emma telling her parients that both her and Henry are staying and of course we see who the parients name the new baby Neil which was touching which was a way to honor him but also that his legacy will live on. And there are other really nice scenes but I'll let you see them for yourself.

But the picnic is over as we get two supprises. One of course was finding out the identity of who Emma rescued and it was of course Marian whom is Robin Hood's significant other/wife. I'll admit that was a real rug puller, I had a feeling that this person was suppose to be someone we knew but I didn't expect that. It was happy that both Robin and her we're reunited but at the same time I thought ah crap when I saw the reaction on Regina's face it was just heartsinking. Regina was so close to having all she wanted/needed only for things to take a sharp U turn, seeing the look she gave Emma I just can't be sure of anything. Personally I didn't think Emma did anything really wrong since she only obeyed her prime directives, however she did also violate the one rule of magic which is you can't change the past and if you know your time travel lore you know there is sometimes dire consequences. Though what happened and happens next makes sense, if everything was happly ever after right now there would be no more show, and this show has plenty of chapters to go before the end.

And of course we see the second supprise whom will be our next villain for the season and of course it is Elisa the Snow Queen. I'll admit this was something I also didn't expect but it's cool since I really like the film "Frozen". I know what your thinking, she can't be a villain, well if you know of the original Hans Christian Anderson story that "Frozen" was inspired and derived from , that story was radically different in fact a different story in general, the Snow Queen was evil, so there had to be a reason she was put in that bottle, I can only wait to be proven right or wrong I'm fine either way. This just also makes me wonder if their going to go with that angle for the show, does that mean we might see the other characters from the movie.

I know some people are thinking Regina will turn bad again. No promises people let alone I personally don't want it to happen it really wouldn't make sense to the story due to the progress she made. Let alone we've already been down villan road with her long enough, if she does turn back what's she's going to do try to take over the world, if that's the case take a number and get in line with the rest. Also it would be too many villians since we're already going to have our new villain for the next season.

I'm also hoping they we'll have the two villain deal again like with this season. May'be after Elisa we'll have Mogana, the Jaberwalky from "Once Upon a Time in Wonderland" since it was hinted she would be reserved for this show, Skellator. Nah, I'm just kidding about the last one thought a "He-Man and the Masters of the Universe" and "Once Upon a Time" would be awesome. I also wonder if any other fantasy character are going to come like Jasmine, Aladdin, Tiana, Sinbad you name it all are still missing in action lets bring them out while their's still time.

Well as I said when one tale ends, another begins and in every new tale it's anyone's game.moreless

Great show. If you have not figured out who the woman that came through the portal at the end, there are some really good clues. Remember. She was a blonde in a long blue dress and when she took off one of her gloves and extended her arm, she made ice form on the ground. I think she is the character Elsa from the Disney movie "Frozen". The blonde sister who had the power to form ice and make it snow. She wore a nearly identical dress as the woman was wearing that came out of the portal.moreless

I didn't even know it was the season finale (slipped my mind) and so I had my first surprise when it comprised of two episodes! Was kept on edge the whole time by Hook and Emma's adventure, so so so happy she is accepting her feelings for him, sorry that Neil had to go for them to have a shot though.

Poor Regina, she did so much good this time and saved them from the Wicked Witch she deserved more than this, hope she doesn't go bad again. And seriously O M G about the new arrival?!

Cannot wait for the next season !!! Some people think that season three was not good as compared to the first two, but I beg to differ. Actually I think they have been improving season after season, I remember being quite bored during season one and pausing for a while, only returning because I had nothing else to watch. But season three was different, I was ready to watch new episodes and mourning the breaks they took where new episodes were not released!

Good work to the cast and brains behind this amazing show !!!moreless

    • Hook: Swan?
      Emma: Hook!
Hook: What the hell are you doing? You're depriving me of a dashing rescue.
Emma: Sorry. The only one who rescues me is me.

    • Emma: When Henry brought me to Storybrooke, he told me I was the savior. I didn't see what he was really doing. He was not bringing me back to break the curse. He was bringing me home.

    • Archie: It is my great honor to officiate this most lovely union. If you'd like to begin your vows.
Belle: Rumplestiltskin... this thing we have, it's--it's never been easy. I've... I've lost you so many times. I've lost you to darkness, to weakness, and finally, to death. But now I realize... I realize that I have not spent my life losing you. I've spent my life finding you.
Gold: Belle. when we met, I wasn't just unloved and unloving. I was an enemy of love. Love only brought me pain. My walls were up. But you brought them down. You brought me home. You brought life into my life and chased away all the darkness. And I vow to you I will never forget the distance between what I was and what I am. I owe more to you than I can ever say. How you can see the man behind the monster I will never know.
Belle: But that monster is gone. And the man beneath him may be flawed... but we all are. And I love you for it. Sometimes the best book has the dustiest jacket. And sometimes the best teacup is chipped.
