You'd think that with a name like Ellen DeGeneres behind the show, that the show would actually be good. I, for one, have never understood why they promote celebrities as executive producers of a show. I don't understand what this show has going for it. It is pretty stupid and pointless. There's nothing funny about it. Ugh. I guess that Ellen can be funny on other projects, but certainly not this one.moreless

Episode 1 was trash. Then I convinced myself to watch the second episode only to be thankful I did. I'm still spending majority of the episodes convincing myself Elisha is not Jennifer Morrison, but the show became progressively hilarious. People need some laughter without thinking too much sometimes, you know.

(Also, sure there are some stereotypes here and there but some are too familiar you laugh because it actually happened to you)moreless
    • I laughed a lot!

I love this show. It is both funny and sweet! The characters are affectionate yet biting at times. The show is well paced, well written and well acted. I hope with more episodes to come, I get to know the characters better and better.
    • Prudence should have decked Erica.

It's so absurd it's funny. Yes Elisha Cuthbert is basically doing an over dramatised version of Jennifer Morrison at this point, the premise is ridiculous and the show is predictable to a fault. I still enjoyed it for the mindless laugh out loud amusement, just wish Prudence decked Erica.

This is not funny, it's not even watch-worthy. I didn't think that something so bad could still air on tv in this time and age.
